    Integrity Roofing LLC
I was referred to Integrity roofing by a friend who had apa good experience so I contacted them and someone was out within a couple days to give an estimate. Bryan was very professional and advised us to go through home owners insurance which was great since we had very little out of pocket. It took a few months (insurance wise) to get things done but once they came through we got to pick a color and they had the roof replaced within 2 weeks.

Highly recommend. We worked closely with Jen and Jeremy, who walked us through every step of the way. They made it so easy to work with insurance and the process was seamless. It can be intimidating working with insurance companies but Jen was with us every step and worked directly with our insurance for us. They truly care about their customers and the experience/product they’re offering. Our new roof looks amazing and it was done so quickly. You cannot go wrong with this company.

Integrity Roofing was definitely the right choice! They made the whole process so simple! They were on time, respectful of our home, and very professional! Having a Quality Control Manager make a final check before they were done was a nice touch!

We've been clients for over 35 years. Started with Charlie, and now that he's pretty much retired are dealing with Rich Pichura. We could not be more pleased with the advice we've received over the years, starting with taxes, college savings, retirement planning, etc. We've moved from accumulation to preservation/distribution, and we are extremely satisfied. Have referred several family members and friends over the years.

I had a lot of changes in 2012, retiring from a full time position (W-2) and becoming a consultant(1099); moving from California to North Carolina.  Not only has Angie's list been a valuable source for me for service providers, but Eric was extremely helpful in helping me to catch up on taxes that were due for 2012, and discussing different options to help me prep for my tax return (which Eric will do for me).  In addition, he introduced me to Adam Taff in his office, who has been instrumental in helping me plan for my financial future, and further I have had an introduction to a lawyer to review my will.   It's been like one-stop shopping!  Along the way, everyone has been professional and extremely helpful.  I plan to continue working with all of these contacts.

Eric Little, CPA and Cory Bunger, CPA are world class tax professionals.  The rest of this review is very thorough and represents weeks of research and visits with multiple competing CPAs/tax professionals in the Charlotte, NC area on my part ? feel free to proceed if you have had a cup of coffee :-)  In other words if all you need is a one-liner-review; let me assure you these guys are the ?Michael Jordan? of the tax world. If you would like a detailed point-by-point review I have that for you as well below. As I mentioned above, I spent several weeks researching and visiting CPAs to find the right fit; my search stopped with Eric Little, CPA and his team.  Below is a detailed breakdown of my needs and desires from my tax professional.  My hope is that this review helps you THINK about what yours are as well; feel free to use my template below as an exercise to think logically and emotionally about that. You will likely find that Eric and his team are ?best in class? at meeting your personal tax needs.  I have ranked the needs/wants by own my level of importance ? with a score for how well Eric and his team were at meeting those needs/wants: 1.)  ?I need my tax professional to care about my taxes as if they were his/her own.  I want to pay all the taxes I owe, but I don?t want to pay a dollar more than I owe.? Point # 1 score = 10/10 Eric spent over an hour with me (there is NO charge for the initial consultation) when we first met discussing my life, my career and then my taxes.  He spent the time getting to know me and my business before addressing the taxes. He combed through my previous two years returns and found several missed deductions my previous preparer had missed. He offered to amend the returns and capture the lost refund. I certainly wasn?t going to argue with that and gladly paid him $300 on the spot to do the work.  Oh did I mention all of this happened on a Sunday? Awesome!! 2.)  ?I need for my tax professional to be VERY competent.  I consider myself tax savvy ? but I need to spend time in MY business and not focusing on taxes and the inundation of paperwork that comes with it.? Point # 2 score = 10/10 We each have our own measure of competence and I could write several more pages for how I validated high levels of competence in this team.  For the sake of brevity (ha!), I will mention a few points:      - First ? Eric has spent many years working with clients who have found themselves in a seriously severe IRS audit situations (in some situations millions of $$ owed in taxes). He worked with them and successfully represented their cases to the IRS.            - He is very comfortable and competent in his interaction with the IRS.  That was very important to me.  I file all my taxes correctly and on time but if I were to be audited I WANT SOMEONE ELSE to handle the interaction with the IRS.  Another good example of competence: Eric was literally calculating complex deduction calculations in his head and communicating the $$$ refund associated with them to me during our meeting.  Every calculation was spot on.           - Eric completed my amended return within a week.  He walked me through my new refund and how it was calculated.  He walked me through signing the documents and gave me a very well organized packet with envelopes already addressed and ready to send to the appropriate tax authorities.   3.)  ?I want my tax professional to have lots of experience dealing with the IRS.  This person should be very comfortable with representing clients and managing an audit proceeding with excellence.? Point # 3 score = 10/10 See my commentating in bullet item # 2 above. 4.)  ?I want my tax professional to be HIGHLY available.  I would love to call/email them on a Friday evening and be surprised when they respond the very next day (Saturday).  This isn?t required BUT it does show a meaningful level of care and concern for what matters to me; it shows a desire to be a part of my team. Point # 4 score = 10/10 I first emailed Eric and his team on a Friday and they agreed to meet me that next Sunday in their Uptown Charlotte offices.  They pick up almost every phone call immediately; if I need to leave a voicemail they return the call promptly.  I hustle. They hustle.  I like people who hustle to get things done right the first time. These guys are very ?available?. 5.)  ?I want my tax professional to have knowledge of investing; they should have a stronghold on personal finance in addition to tax advice.? Point # 5 score = 10/10 Eric is well educated investor himself.  He also surrounds himself with other financial advisors and money professionals who work on a client?s ?full financial picture?.  I haven?t met with anyone else in his network yet but just interviewing Eric alone I can tell he is an astute investor (I am as well ? it takes one to know one).  6.)   ?I want my tax professional to be personable and easy to communicate with.  I would like for this person to have owned their own business (preferably multiple types of businesses) so that he/she can approach tax strategy from many different and experienced viewpoints.? Point # 6 score = 10/10 Eric has worked for one of the ?big? prestigious tax accounting firms. However he has also owned several businesses including real estate based businesses (which was a bonus for me because I love investing in real estate).  That well-seasoned and different level of experience is VERY valuable when it comes time to deduct expenses.  Let me be clear; he WILL find expenses you didn?t think about.  A brief example; he caught missing depreciation and appliance expenses for one of my rental properties.  Within a week he had amended the return and my refund was on the way ($$$). The amendment cost was a small % of the refund I will be receiving. Point # 7 score = 10/10 The Eric Little team very quickly setup payroll for my company.  They answered every question I had instantly.  Sue (the payroll/bookkeeping professional in the office) is amazing!! :-) I performed the 7-point analysis above on every tax professional I researched and met with Eric Little and his team came out on top. It?s as simple as that. You will notice cost was not the most important factor for me in the points above ? although quite surprisingly I would say these guys are extremely well priced.  Once you factor in the quality, consistency and efficiency I have experienced, you will find the service cost to be of exceptional value. I will certainly be using these fine gentlemen to complete my personal and corporate taxes this year. I sincerely hope this review has helped you ? if it has please drop me an email @ nate.bredeweg@gmail.com ? find additional contact info @  www.natebredeweg.com or catch me on LinkedIn here: http://www.linkedin.com/in/natebredeweg. I love personal finance and would be glad to speak with you about these CPAs or any other matter of personal finance.  Have a wonderful day!!!

Eric's style, perceptions and  suggestions are refreshing and easy to adopt. Financial matters are dry to most and therefore lose connection rather quickly. Eric kept the meeting fresh and simple. I plan to be his customer for a long time. My cost review is based on my previous accounting relationship. But that was then  and this is now.

Eric files my personal and business taxes, he was able to schedule me in at the last minute just before 4/15.  He  did a great job and helped me understand a complex tax situation and save money!
