    These guys are great. They called with an estimate of repair costs before they performed any repairs, gave me clear explanation of what they found. Once work began they called to give me a status update of when the truck would be ready and it was ready when they said. Good folks, very professional, pricing was in line with my expectations. I will not hesitate to go back for any auto repairs that come up.

    KIA cars are fine and have had several of them. But dealing with keffer Kia requires a lot of patience and time. Sales agents are just that sales agents, basically useless. Leased new car and they failed to cancel payments on prior lease even after us reminding them 3 times. Car we leased was damaged so we had too wait for another car to show up a few days. They never call with updates and customer has to call them. We highly recommend Kia cars just not using Keffer KIA. We have had previous issue with their service department where they tried to tell us we need a $800 fix for our car but we took it local and it was fixed for $75.

    Brought the car in as it was making a grinding noise. I remained in the office in the event they had any follow-up questions, but they quickly diagnosed it to be the brakes - metal-on-metal contact. I received a quote and advised them to go ahead with replacements. I requested their free shuttle home and awaited a phone call advising the work was done. My wife came home a little early from work and we went to pick up the vehicle - no grinding noise to be heard and work was done for slightly less than quoted. About a week later, we started hearing another noise and quickly brought the vehicle back in. They checked it out and advised a brake shield had rusted and bent causing it to come in contact and make noise. They bent the shield back at no charge to us! They advised to keep an eye on it and possibly replace the shield if the noise returns. Thank you for great service!

    They did a very good job. I called and made an appointment, went out and took a book. I sat about an hour to about two hours, I guess. They fixed everything fine. I'm definitely going to use them again. The waiting room is very nice. It has chairs and couches, a TV, a coffee machine, a drink machine and a water machine, it's got everything. It's very nice. I don't mind going out there and taking a book, and sitting for an hour or two because they take real good care of you. I know just about most of the people that work out there, so that makes it a lot easier. I have built a relationship with them.

    They did everything very well for them. They have a comfortable lounge while you sit there. You make an appointment, take the car, and you might have to sit while they do the work, but it's very comfortable. They have a TV, you can take a book, and you can leave when they get through. The wait time was probably about an hour and a half. My wife likes them very much.We have an SRX 2016.

    Like I said, they have a very heavy customer service load, they have good systems set up but you know, somebody runs into something more complicated than they expect, then its going to take them a little while. But we always get our car back either when they said it was or we get a call explaining why it won't be available and its very reasonable, for a car dealership they do quite well. (Do they car the car after) Thats S.O.P for them they always wash the cars before you take them home.

    Let's file this one under I should've known better. I have 2014 Range Rover Sport that has just hit 66,000 miles. I called up Range Rover of Charlotte and was told that service would cost $650. Shocked by that price, I decided to look around for a local shop that specializes in foreign vehicles. In my search, I came across Taylor's Sport-N-Import in Mooresville, NC. Their website showed some fairly high rankings so I gave them a call. In speaking with Keith, and explaining what I needed done, he shot me up price of $450 to $500. I dropped the car off first thing Thursday morning to have the service done. I got a call at 5:30 that evening letting me the car was ready and that the price was $785!!!! After getting over my heart attack, I asked what happened to the original price quote, and was told "oh, the air filters were very expensive". I was also told that there was an additional $98 charge for looking into a rattling noise I had mentioned when I brought the car in. When I picked the car up this morning, I told them how unhappy I was that nobody had called me to tell me that the service was going to be close to $300 more that I was quoted, and that I should've taken it to Range Rover in the first place. Bottom line, they didn't care, and don't feel they've done anything wrong. Word to the wise, get the quote in writing or buyer beware. As a final slap in the face when I paid the invoice of $765.52, ( I had a $30 discount coupon), there was a $15.71 credit card service fee on the invoice. Are you kidding me! NEVER AGAIN!

    Excellent. They pointed out that the check engine light repair is still under warranty so to take it to the dealership as it was an expensive repair. They turned the rotors and fixed the brake issue. In addition, they provided transportation to/from my house which was fantastic.
