  • After attempting to diagnose the issue over the phone.  He was able to come to location (same day service) to provide on site service. under $70 for the service call.
    He was able to identify the problem immediately after dismantling the dryer. 
    There was a "BIRD" in the dryer drum (?).... Was told that there are sometime snakes, squirrels, chipmunks etc caught in the dryer.. What a surprise !!.
    So happy that when the dryer was reassembled the buzz was no longer there and was in perfect working condition.

  • After talking with Don (twice) and telling him I really needed to get issue fixed and assuring he would contact the family living in the home. He never did. I also contacted another company and received the same type of service. I was hoping going through Angie's list the results would be different. I guess no one Really cares about working anymore. very with what Angie's list was not able to do for me.

  • Purchased  a new dryer.  Ran the dryer's recommended vent flow test.  Test showed sever restriction of air flow.  I live in FL and was at my second home for the holidays.  Realizing I needed to have vent cleaned, but also realizing this is a holiday week, I did not think I'd find anyone as responsive as Jeremy and his team at ECS.  Jeremy promised to have a team member get the job done the day I called.  Team showed up and were very professional.  One team member even had to go up on the roof of the 2 story TH where I live in the dark, as this is where the vent terminated.  He took on this task with complete professionalism and courteousness.  Bottom line, the job was completed as promised, but more importantly by a very professional team.  I would not hesitate to use ECS again, nor would I hesitate to recommend the company to anyone in need of this type of service.

  • Washing machine leaking water onto the floor after technician (Kevin) left. We turned off the water supply valves. Called him back, he came out the next day, and thought the leak was from the supply hoses (it was not). He said it wasn't leaking when he left, but the machine continues to leak when the supply valves are on. When I called the company back to ask that another technician come out, I was rudely informed that Kevin was the only one who serviced my area, and that this company sent the "ticket" back to Lowes (where I bought the machine) so that Lowes could find me another repair company.
    This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a service provider.

  • Diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently.  Something Sears had yet to do.  Repaired refrigerator and cleaned it out of excess ice build-up, which was a job in itself.  I'd definitely use them again.

  • They were great. I would highly recommend them. They came as soon as they could. The guy knew what he was talking about, and he fixed it. A couple of days, they got the part and it was in. The people were very nice. The price was fine.

  • Matt McKinley came and assessed the problem, replaced the leaking water storage tank, and quoted me for fixing the ice maker.  Matt was professional and personable in his work.  He showed me the problems and what needed to be done to fix them.  We opted not to fix the ice maker because it would be too expensive ($400), but Matt showed me that I could buy bag ice and dump it in the ice maker storage to have it dispensed below.  I really appreciated that trick!  Changing the water storage tank fixed the leak and now we have water for our fridge!  Matt was great, and I would use him again.  Oh, he even came back after all his work was done because I thought it wasn't working, but it was.  He didn't make me feel bad and was very pleasant to interact with.

  • I called the morning of June 9th for service on our side by side refrigerator which had stopped working... Sean came out that same afternoon and got the unit up and running in less than 30 minutes.  Very prompt, complete and professional service.  I couldn't ask for anything more. Great job!

  • They called and it's like they didn't want my business. I had called them and left a message, and they returned my call. The connection of the line was horrible, and it's like the gentleman was carrying on a conversation with me and with someone else he was with. He said they didn't need to come out for the problem I had, he said we just needed to replace the dishwasher. I felt like he didn't want my business, the gentleman was not pleasant. He was telling me to replace a dishwasher which is less than 3 years old. Maybe we are far away from him, and he didn't want to tell us. They called back within 3 hours of me calling them.

  • They were here when they said they would be here. We noticed it quick enough. This was the first time that we used them. For the fact that they are coming to your home, the price was reasonable, and they were very careful, and there was no further leak after that. They deal with all brands of appliances. They were responsive to the message that I left, and set up an appointment. Other places were saying Wednesday, Friday, and they said they would be out on Monday.
