    Sedona waterproofing solutions
Josh and his crew were here at the agreed time and worked daily until the job was complete. Josh is very efficient and knows how to seal and protect the crawl space. I had previously used a pest control company to do the work but just ended up wasting a lot of money as the job was not done correctly. Josh is honest and dependable and I could not be happier with the work performed. I would recommend Sedona Waterproofing Solutions to anyone who needs it. I just regret not using them first.

I did not use their services, because they were more expensive than the one I chose, by about 20 percent. My gut instinct (which I ignored) was to go with this company. However, my wallet won over and I chose the other guy. Josh was very knowledgeable and professional. It is obvious that he takes his trade seriously. Out of all of the companies I spoke with he seemed to have a better grip on the situation. Unfortunately, I hired a pest control company to do the job. The crawl space is wetter than before. It is a disaster. In the future I will only hire pest guys to squash bugs. My HVAC tech said the mud is impassable and this is 2 months after getting it waterproofed. I will be calling Josh back to redo the job the other guy messed up. Lesson learned.

He came out and checked the dehumidifier to make sure it was working and is bringing me a replacement control box that I dropped for no charge. They are excellent! I'd use their services again and do it all over again if I needed it! In fact I'd have him do my new house if it was in his service area.

    Appalachian Air Ducts
That turned out fine. Then they gave me a price, I think it was like 36 or $3200 just to put the new draper barrier down and stuff like that. Everything went well. I thought the price they were offering was way too high.

Moisture Loc Waterproofing & Foundation Repair
The sales rep was very personable and seemed to have knowledge of drainage problems and solutions. The workers arrived on schedule and worked very hard to accomplish the task at hand. They routed the drainage to an open ditch parallel to the property. They also rerouted drainage for an existing, inefficient french drain and sump that was pumping water across the driveway that was washing the soil out from under the concrete and creating an unsightly stain. To this point, we felt that all was going well. The problem that arose was that the French drain they installed was still higher than the foundation of the house. They filled in the trench with gravel to facilitate drainage, but covered the gravel with the soil they removed, which is mostly clay. Consequently, the water still runs off across the top of the French drain and overwhelms the foundation. Moisture in the crawl space has not been significantly reduced. I talked to the rep about redoing the crawl space which had mold forming on the floor joists. He gave me a quote that included sealing all the vents, cleaning the mold, adjusting pitch of the interior perimeter French drain, relocating the crawl sump and pump to a better collection point, putting down new vapor barrier and installing a crawl space dehumidifier, ($1,500.00) at a total cost of $4,290.00. If we wanted mold remediation treatment in addition to just cleaning the mold, the cost was an additional $1,950.00. The rep also agreed to send a team back out to remove the top layer of soil from the French drain and fill the trench with gravel, build up the soil at the foundation, making the new French drain at a level lower than the foundation to contain the water, at no additional charge. Subsequent to all that, we discovered some major structural damage that was going to be costly. Alignment of priorities and available finances dictated that the crawl space would have to be put on hold, at least temporarily. I sent an email to the Moisture Loc rep explaining our dilemma, but reiterated that I still expected him to live up to his promise to fix the French drain deficiencies, for which I already paid handsomely. In spite of email, text messages and voice mail to the rep, I have never received the courtesy of a response. I can only conclude that since we had to suspend the crawl space work, there is no intention to make the necessary changes/repairs to the original work as promised.

    Manus Contracting, Inc
I was referred to manus contracting by my HVAC guy!
He noticed when he was working on my AC system that under my crawlspace there was a lot of moisture,
the technician proceeded to tell me that it was a bad thing to have a lot of moisture under the crawlspace that he knew a guy that could help me seal the crawlspace.
That's where Manus Contracting came into the picture.
I received two quotes from other companies and then the third from manus contracting,
They were two thoundsand dollars less than the lowest estimates I got.
Chris the owner blow the other guys away with his knowledge and professionalism.
so we are going with Chris and saving thoundsands. Thanks chris

Dry Pro Foundation and Crawlspace Specialists
They put a humidifier and a pump under my home because the joists were getting damp. They also sealed all the vents under my house and put the plastic under my house as a water barrier.  They seemed to know what they were doing.  They did come back to check after they put in the humidifier.

    American Basement and Crawl
It was not nice to have to live with a crawlspace that was nasty. American basement and crawl was great to work with and my crawl space is totally changed from what it was. Nice ,clean, dry and no more odor. Definately would recommend this company
