FFays Lawncare and LandscapeHired Taylor to take down six trees. He took down six trees and was suppose to cut them all the way to the ground so we could hire stump grinder. He failed to do what he was paid to do. He left a real mess, didn’t cut the trees level like he was suppose to and left the trees to where now we will need to hire another tree company to take care of the trees before we can hire a stump grinder which is what he was suppose to do and was hired to do. He or his employees removed tools (rake) from the shed that belonged to homeowner and took them with him. We made numerous calls and attempts to resolved this for almost 2 weeks and he never returned a call, nor replied to emails. He did finally reply back to a text. He has no intentions to make this right because he has already been paid. This is a poor excuse for a business to simply not care. Please read other reviews on other sites as I wished we would have and maybe we wouldn’t have hired this company. Please DO NOT pay him before the job is to your satisfaction because once he takes your money he’s gone and you will never see him again nor get your job finished and will be left with a real mess!! I attached pics of the trees he cut but didn’t think to take pics of the mess that was left that took us days to clean up after he left us high and dry because we thought he was coming back to cut them flush enough for the stump grinder. Sadly once he was paid he was gone and has no intentions to finish this job.- C H.

ABobby’s Tree ServiceWe were having issues with flash flooding and drainage in our back yard. We hired Tony to remove a large number of trees and scrub from the back part of our lot and grade the land for proper drainage. We were impressed with the professionalism of his entire crew. After the trees were removed, his partner Doug brought in his landscaping crew to bring in soil, grade the area, plant some trees and seed the lawn. They also repaired and extended our irrigation system. We were impressed enough to hire them as our regular landscaping and irrigation contractors. Everyone was professional and hard-working. The quality of the work was top-notch and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work we had done. If you need tree removal or landscaping, you can't go wrong with these guys.- Tammy W.

AI called Bobby's tree service, and they gave me an estimate the same day. It was the lowest of 4 companies, and the most reasonable. Very nice company, honest and trustworthy. (Now, I wish I could find a roof repair with the same standards, don't think there is any out there.) But, yes - I would hire Bobby's tree service again in a minute!

AIf we could give Ricky McIntyre and his crew 6 stars, we would. Rick is an excellent communicator, honest, trustworthy, professional and very easy to work with. He was flexible and worked with us as the project evolved to perfect the plan. There were no hidden or surprise charges. They were very conscientious and paid attention to detail. Rick made sure we were happy every step of the way. They even had to work around a dog and took good care of him! When it came time to finish, they left the work site clean and better than when they found it. This was a remarkable experience we are so pleased with the work and the customer service. After showing up with samples, both of the contacts I had for this company simply ignored me...no returned calls for over a week and some line on nonsense about weather affecting their phones when they finally did return my fifth telephone message. This was the second contractor I had to fire in a week...starting to wonder what it actually takes to get on Angie's list; apparently not much.
