Open Up Garage Door, Inc is locally owned and operated. My name is Jeremy Dabbs. I was fortunate to be introduced to this industry in high school when I was 14. Industry-respected family trained me. I quickly knew that I loved working with homeowners. It is very satisfying to be able to leave a door in a safe, quite and excellent working condition.We take great effort in providing fast, reliable and professional service. 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We fix broken springs, cables, off track doors, track repair, and damaged door panels to name a few of our services. We provide free safety inspections with every service call.

Provide estimate for garage door track replacement.

A+++ The owner of the company came out to inspect my garage door that doesn't open all the way when the outdoor temperature cools down each fall. I assumed the track needed replacement because the wheels appear to get caught at certain points on the system. Although I've had the system serviced two other times, in previous years by different companies, Jeremy quickly diagnosed the problem and made an adjustment to my spring and motor. It runs perfectly! He was quick, thorough, professional, LOCAL, and honest. I will definitely return to Open Up Garage Door for all my future garage door replacement and repair needs. Thanks Jeremy!!!

I needed a garage door spring replaced.

The service was great. I got a reply in a day and was able to schedule me in two days. they stated between 12pm-2pm and gave me a 30 minute heads up call. They had the springs replaced and garage door working within an hour.

Garage door would not open. or close using the switch.

Jeremy assessed the situation after I opened the garage door by hand. He noticed that the sensors were not aligned. He adjusted them and the door is working perfectly. I am more than pleased. If it ever fails, I will call and have him replace the motor. He gave me good information about the different motors available. I would recommend him always to anyone having garage issues. He was very cordial and answered all of my questions. Great job Jeremy!

Garage door opener replacement and upgrade (Liftmaster belt drive plus exterior keypad)

Everything went as promised and expected, and the installation was really near, with wires secured properly and out of the way. The new unit is both a replacement and an upgrade (mid to high end belt drive as opposed to standard chain drive, which was offered at a lower price) and is much quieter, as promised. Additionally, Jeremy was punctual and very polite.

Replace Garage Door

After an unfortunate experience with a different garage door company, Jeremy Dabbs of Open Up Garage Door provided a much-appreciated change for the better. I left a voice message during the weekend and early Monday morning Jeremy called. I told him what I needed and he gave me a price right on the spot. He said he could install the door the next day. He dropped by Monday afternoon to measure the door and the next morning he showed up right on time to do the work. He was here only about two hours and I paid him by credit card. The work was first rate, the door looks great and the price was reasonable. I could not be more pleased. Jeremy is a reliable, pleasant and very competent young man. He did all of this work himself. I was impressed with how professional and business-like he was, especially after my experience with a guy who never was able to get to my house to do the job. I highly recommend Jeremy and his company to anyone who needs to buy or service or repair a garage door.

Several garage door issues needed correcting.

I called Jeremy, told him what was wrong and we set up an appointment a few days later, with a two hour window for him to arrive. He called me when he was on the way, arrived on time, fixed the door problems in about an hour and charged me what I felt was a fair price. I will call again for any garage door problem in the future. A+.
