  • Not good at all. I was given a quote and once they got in the house they did not know what they were doing. All I got was all my tissue boxes fanned, bath towels folded as if in a hotel, toilet paper folded, 3 rooms vacuumed, then a phone call from there office wanting more money to finish cleaning... nothing was cleaned and the owner hung up on me after refusing to hear what I experienced. Not a good company at all.

  • Rose came by and I explained what was needed, and she explained everything they would do. They did a superb job on everything they said they would do and the house looked great after they were done. I didn't have to call or follow up on anything. We all know how some contractors can be, but R&S is at the top of my list for quality, service and price. Highly recommend them and would absolutely use their services again if needed.   • We have been using Maid Bridgade for approximately a year now. We were set up to do every other week and the time frame was between 3-4:00pm, chosen not out of convenience but necessity.  We would have much preferred the cleaning to be done while we were out of the house working, but that turned out to be unfeasible.  Our team(s) were not bilingual and that made it extremely difficult to communicate with each other.
    The team would not enter out home because of our dogs, despite the fact that we would kennel one of them and the other was loose (and sweet tempered). They could have placed him in the sunroom or in the yard (by simply opening a door) prior to starting, but no one on the team was willing to do that.  In fact, no one was willing to even MEET the dog so that all parties would be comfortable together.  He has a heart condition aggravated by stress-having him kenneled inside our home all day was not an option.  As a result, either my wife or myself would have to rush home on cleaning days to rearrange our dogs.  This was something that we grudgingly accepted, however...
    We ALWAYS had a problem with time of arrival.  Since we were forced to rush home and play "musical dogs," we needed their arrival to be as late as possible.  The Maid Brigade office claimed to understand this difficulty and always promised an arrival time of 3 or later.  The majority of the time they would be sitting in their car in the driveway waiting for us 30 minutes to an hour beforehand.  We know this not only because they were in the driveway when we arrived home, but also because the main office would call and inform us that the team was at our residence but were afraid to enter.  We are considerate people, and knowing that someone was awaiting our arrival in order to begin work was extremely stressful.  Paying for the luxury of having your house cleaned is supposed to alleviate stress, not create more!

  • Came to review job and provide estimate - discussed options for some repairs and scheduled work.  Workmen arrived on a rainy morning slighty later than planned but with a call to tell us they were delayed in traffic.  Workmen took care to prevent any collateral wear & tear on floors by wearing booties and keeping all materials confined to work areas.  Did super job that subsequent workmen installing new fixtures in guest bath noted as outstanding(and even guessed the work had been done by Grout Doctor.)Have identified one small area they worked that needs additional repair but do not anticipate any issues in getting them out to inspect and make right.

  • She gave us 5 hours instead of 2.  She was warm and friendly to us and our 4 cats.  She is super fast and efficient.  She charged only the agreed upon 225.00 but we added the 50.00 additional she was so good.  We plan to use her again in 3 months ..or maybe every month.

  • Although I have listed a few below, there are simply too many projects/services that D&J have provided me over the years to describe here. Overall, their work is excellent. They are efficient, professional, and provide work of the highest quality while demonstrating an extraordinarily strong work ethic. It is very reassuring to know that I can call on them to provide work of the highest caliber.. I have used D&J for 4 1/2 years. I learned about them through a referral when I first relocated to town and needed help unpacking. Since then, they have become my "go to" resource. In addition to providing housecleaning services every two weeks, I have come to rely on them for almost every project that comes up. An example: I have a large living room/ breakfast room/kitchen area (@ 42 feet X 27) with 10 foot ceilings. There are many pieces of art handing on the walls. Despite this, Dinorah painted the entire space in ONE DAY. To do so, she had to work around the art, kitchen cabinets and numerous (and heavy) furniture. As always, her work was impeccable. A few examples of other projects:they have performed: -Organizing all closets. After the Master Bedroom was finished, 17 bags of clothes, shoes and handbags were donated to Goodwill. It was a liberating feeling. -Organizing large storage room off of garage. As with other organizational projects, they just tackle it without my involvement. When they are done, I review the results and am able to make quick decisions about what to keep, toss and donate. -Jose installed a handrail on the steps leading from the garage to house. He obtained the railing and other necessary hardware. The handrail is extremely sturdy. There is no way it can be pulled off the wall. -Moving furniture from one room to the next. Dinorah has a great design sense so she also provides valuable suggestions for replacement. -General handyman services: changing light bulbs in 10 ft ceilings; changing exterior bulbs; wiring my front porch lights to operate on a timer added to the light switch, etc. Summary: D&J Services is terrific!.

  • I contacted Dave who was extremely responsive and professional. He had good recommendations on another web rating site and his price was below the others I had checked. He came when scheduled, cleaned up leaving everything spotless. The grout dried looking just like it had when new 6 years ago! I will definitely be referring him to friends and calling him again myself!
