  • Ivan, determined the problem in 60 seconds(!), checked with his supplier and told me he could go get the necessary part and return back in 45 minutes. Then he would repair it TODAY for $245.00. It came true!! This was the BEST wash machine repair we have ever experienced and we have been in this house for 37 years.

  • This is the most corrupt company I have ever dealt with. I made sure to read the contract front and back to know what was covered. The control panel on my dishwasher went out. They denied the claim because they said it had been improperly repaired. It had never been repaired before. After spending hours on the phone with them I finally gave up. They will put you on hold for 30-45 minutes at a time. It is one of their tactics to get you to give up. They will find every loophole possible to get out of paying a claim. Do not give these crooks your money. They lost a lawsuit a few years ago for practices just like this. How they are still in business i do not know. STAY AWAY!

  • I called Russell Appliance and left a voicemail message about my issue and Roger sent me a text within an hour. He was in the mountains but cut his trip short to take care of my issue. He was very careful to move my stove across my hardwoods. He throughly examined my range And fixed the issue. He is such a nice, honest and fair gentleman. We will definitely use him again in the future and highly recommend him to family and friends.

  • Roger called to let me know his time of arrival, arrived on time, and took time to ask me specifics about the issue. he was very professional, and acknowledged that he did not have specific experience with LG. Still, he successfully diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor. Due to the warranty, I had to call LG to replace the compressor.

  • I called this company just last evening requesting service.  An appointment was made for today and just like clock-work, Dean was prompt and on-time.  I chose this contractor because of his high rating on Angie's List.  I see why they have earned the Super Service Award.  Their customer service is #1 in my book.  I notice every aspect of customer service since I am in a customer service based business myself.

    123  identified the problem that was causing my dishwasher to not work (defective breaker).  He helped me get the washer going, but I will still need to replace the breaker.       

    I wish I had called him a long time ago.  Many thanks to 123.  I will certainly keep them on speed-dial and make referrals.

  • Called them Saturday morning, left message.  They promptly returned my call, I explained the problem and Don advised me that James would get back to me, they could fit me in the same day.  James called 1/2 hour later, advised that someone would be there between 1 and 3 and they would call in advance.  Ron called about 1:30, arrived, diagnosed the problem, explaining everything to me as he went along.  He was friendly, efficient and knew his refrigerators.  Problem was fixed, freezer was defrosted and put back together and he was out the door by 2:45.

  • When he arrived, he was told a wire had broken from motor wiring. He checked it, but he did not detect it. He went to his personal vehicle he had arrived in and retrieved a mallet and large screw-driver and began hitting the motor. I stopped him and asked what was he doing. He then stopped and put the machine back together and said he thought it needed a new control panel!  I asked him to leave.
