    I have not used it since then. I walked in there one time after getting about 30 wasp stings and my throat was getting tight. They told me it would be an hour wait and I told them I did not have an hour. I went 2 miles down the road and got seen immediately.

    They are very helpful and let me know when it is time to get my medicine again. They let me know everything by text message, which is certainly handy. I can just respond with a number to tell them to fill it. The store is much nicer than a lot of pharmacies and the people behind the counter are friendly.

    Novant Health Matthews Medical Center
    This is by far the worse hospital to go to. My girlfriend was in the ER
    probably every other day in 2013 and they kept prescribing her
    prescription after prescription. I brought her up to Cleveland to see
    the Cleveland Clinic and first appointment they diagnosed her with
    endometriosis and did surgery. Now we are back down here and had to go
    to ER the other day for some other pain she had, they were extremely
    nice in the ER but the follow up doctor's nurse stated that they would
    have to refer her to again pain management which basically is just more
    prescriptions. Anytime you have to call the doctors at any of the
    offices or sometimes if you call their main numbers, you get put on hold
    for ever. Very hard to get an appointment let alone have a dr call you. I
    would rather seriously bleed to death before going to this place EVER
    AGAIN !

    I went to the urgent care center around 5:00p.  After signing in (palm print, id, etc.), I was promptly taken and treated by a competent, friendly, and communicative physician.  She immediately determined the cause of the problem, gave me some immediate treatment, and prescribed continuing treatment for several days following.  Her immediate treatment alleviated the most severe symptoms promptly, which assured an open airway and ability to sleep.
    The front office administrators are friendly and courteous, and notify the physicians if an incoming patient seems severe, so that service can proceed promptly.  The web site contains information such as wait times, permitting me to choose among several Carolinas Health Care urgent care centers within reasonable driving distance.
    This is my medical office of choice for those rare times when I need medical help (but not ER care) promptly.

    I have had this insurance for more than 2 years, and have been fully satisfied with it.  It gives me precisely the coverage I prefer, at a price that is reasonable (but not cheap).  This insurance was recommended by my employer (I was retired) when they dropped their retiree medical plan in response to the ACA.  (My assumption -- they merely dropped the retiree-paid insurance plan without explanation).  It has been a reasonable plan.  The provider payments are prompt (after medicare eventually indicates a payment).  I receive a clear explanation of charges paid.

    Our most recent dental appointment was 8/22/2013. I paid for the dentist appointment in full and the office staff submitted the paperwork to Delta Dental. I received a check from Delta Dental on 9/7/13. I have found Delta Dental to be very prompt in their reimbursements.
    My only complaint is that they only cover 1 fluoride treatment each year. The dentist says fluoride treatments should be performed at each cleaning, twice a year.
    I have had no other experiences with them so far.

    I like the ease of getting an appointment and finding a doctor that understand your wishes and works with how you want to manage your healthcare. The facility is very clean and its close by to my home.

    Gentiva Health Services Inc - Charlotte
    I had three physical therapy visits and two nursing visits per week for just under 3 weeks following total hip replacement. The medical personnel followed appropriate sanitary protocols when checking vitals or drawing blood, and were all very knowledgeable. If I asked a question they did not have an answer for, they found it for me.
    The physical therapists (Teresa and Kim) encouraged me always and challenged me to increase activity when appropriate. They also helped me in determining what I should avoid when beginning my yoga practice again, when I could use a cane instead of the walker, how to ascend or descend stairs when there is no rail, how to step off a curb, etc.. The nurses who came to monitor vitals and draw blood (Lora and Dawn) were very helpful with the few issues that came up (nausea from the medications, and recommended dietary restrictions while taking blood thinner medication).
    The coumadin nurses (Allyn and Lori, with whom I only dealt over the phone) were particularly helpful in resolving an issue regarding my prescription when a doctor on call (not my surgeon) called in an incorrect refill amount.
    I was pleased with the care I received and the compassion and respect with which I was treated at all times.
    I just want to acknowledge that one cannot always know what might come up with a client in a home care situation. Occasionally someone would run late, and that is the only reason I graded a C on punctuality. I know that, if I had a serious issue, I would want the home care practitioner to take that extra time with me. Whenever anyone was running particularly late, I received a phone call.

    Levine Childrens Hosp CMC
    The waiting room was crowded and it was over 6 hours before we were seen. This was totally ridiculous... Once in though the staff and attending physicians were very good with my son and did a great job with his treatment. The overall service in caring for his injury was good but the wait time was just unacceptable. If we have another option for urgent care in the future we will consider it.
