  First, my old garage door was off track and could not be closed. Called at 7 a.m., got Adam, not an answering service. He sent out Anthony that morning who did a temporary fix. He said the rollers may go off track again. No pressure but he did show me at my request a new garage door. Since my final home, I got a Gallery Ultra grain garage door with windows at the top. The Oak Walnut finish matches my front door. It did take 3 weeks to order which was what I was told. I was thinking about a wood door, but Anthony said much more expensive and the metal doors really look great which is true. Anthony showed back up day of installation just to say hello and check on things. Impressive! The installer was Darius who was very knowledgeable and courteous. At the end of the installation he took the time to show me the Wifi features and key pad. The whole team were friendly and professional.

  Wow! The entire experience was stress free. I called and Frank and sent him pictures showing the problem. He quoted me a price and I agreed. He showed up at the early time of his appointment window and fixed the problem for the price he quoted me over the phone. He didn't try to sell any other services but showed me things that could be done in the future to prolong the life of the garage door system. I am very pleased and will recommend to anybody I know needing their garage door serviced.

  Received a prompt call to my inquiry of assistance and my appointment was scheduled before I went into work. Once they arrived at my home they analyzed the problem right away and resolved the issue. Not only was the problem resolved but they also provided other assistance to my garage door that I was unaware of (bent track) . They oiled and provided maintenance to the entire system to ensure that it would work properly. My garage door now is "very quiet and works great" Not only was the issue resolved to my satisfaction , I was educated on ways to maintain the garage door so that it will continue to operate optimally. They provided me with security that if I had any issues to call them and they would resolve them.quickly. Lastly, they provide home remodeling services and we are already in talks with them for providing another home repair for my family Excellent work and reasonably priced

  Ryan was great. Our garage door spring broke with the vehicle still inside. Of course this happened on a Saturday night. Ryan didn't have a spring on hand, but did come out on Sunday to get the garage door open so we could get it out. He came back out the next day with the spring and fixed it quickly. Highly recommended.

  I called Cox on Saturday afternoon. Didn't expect a call back till Monday, which I got at about 7:45 AM Monday morning. I let them know my garage door wasn't opening and was only lifting up about 18 inches. From a little online research, I told them I thought my spring broke, so please come quote & fix. They said they could be there between 8:00���8:30 AM, I agreed. Matt showed up around 8:20 AM and finished the work in about 45 minutes. Garage door opener is working perfectly and is quieter than EVER. Matt was friendly & professional and worked FAST to fix my garage door and for a reasonable price. I will call Cox again 100%, if I ever have another garage door issue. GREAT work Cox, I'm impressed.
