    Fantastic. Dr. Graham and his assistant, Steve are great. Dr. Graham is very knowledgeable. I am legally blind in one eye and Dr. Graham gave me information about the condition that I had never received from an eye doctor before and was spot on. My daughter and I both go to Diversified Eye care and we are both very pleased. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.

    I was greeted enthusiastically and the office environment is newer and welcoming. The new patient ���paperwork ��� is completed using their iPad. Very nice! It was only minutes after finishing the electronic paperwork that I was called back to the examination room. Dr. Bhat took the time to happily explain and the examination results and any questions. I choose to purchase two pairs of glasses with them. I cannot recommend the team highly enough. Dr. Bhat and his assistants were a delight.

    I elected to have the surgery.  Surgery was in August 2015.  Meeting with surgeon prior to surgery...got the same impression.  Surgery was "no big deal", side effects were "minimal" I should not be concerned.  He scheduled one follow up appointmnet to have stitches removed.  Again he was in a hurry...or so he appeared.  I discussed my concerns...certain side effects. His comment...they will go away.  It took 6 weeks before I was no longer constipated or suffering from indigestion.  I am still having problems with "metal" taste in month.  In mid-September, I  started suffering from spasms in my head and I felt what I thought was an "ingrown" hair in the scar.  Contacted the surgeon's office for an appt to discuss.  At that time it was discovered that several stitches had not dissolved, these were removed by the PA.  I discussed with the PA the metal tast in my mouth.  He suggested I chew peppermint gum.  Really??  No...he was just kidding.  Yes...I had that conversation with a PA.  So I made a 2nd appt with the surgeon to discuss the "metal" taste.  I was informed that it could take up to a year to go away.  If in a year, I still have a "metal" taste then it won't ever disappear.  The surgeon and I had the entire 6 minute discussion with the treatment room door open...for all to hear...no privacy afforded me.  He had a surgery scheduled.

    Watch out -- they will sell your address & spam your mailbox with flyers from medical equipment providers all over the country!

    They performed a ton of tests on my hearing and charged a lot of money but never found the problem. So ... worth it? I'm not sure. They have a lot of good equipment and have spent a lot of money making their place look good, but I'm frankly not impressed with the credentials of the folks with the Ph.D.s!  I actually felt that the tech & support staff was more competent!

    The only complaint I have it the terrible wait time in their offices, Both the Cotswald office and the one on Fairview make you wait a really long time after your scheduled appointment time. .....like 30-50 minute wait times. Either they over book or there is not enough help .or other . But it is really obnoxious to be kept waiting that long. On one appointment I waiter an hour past my scheduled appointment.

    I'm blind as a bat, so I was desperate to get these glasses fixed. After getting the referral from my doctor, I called Kevin on the way home from my car.  He saw me an hour later, squeezing me into his afternoon.  He immediately saw the issue, told me he could fix it in 15 minutes and that it would be $15. A bargain!  He even replaced one of the missing nose pads, although I hadn't asked him to, for free.   I'll certainly be back.

    I took my daughter for an eye exam and we were impressed with the service we received and the facilities.  The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.  They communicated well all aspects of the entire process and were personable as well as professional.  Dr. Bhat was thorough and was patient with my daughter.  He had very good bedside manner.  We were happy with how efficiently run the office was and with the whole experience.  We would not hesitate to recommend them.

    I wanted to get some pricing information for cataract surgery. The first operator said he could not help me but to check with medicare. He then asked me to hold for the billing dept. Afte waiting 15 minutes, I hung up. I don't want to be associated with a physicians office that is too big to answer some pertinent questions!!

    Everything went well, nothing unusually good or bad.  The only negative was that they somehow bungled the insurance/billing arrangements with Davis Vision because they had to separate the fitting service fee from the initial eye exam because contacts were not ordered up front.  But with some feedback from us, they were able to work it out with Davis Vision and all was well.

    Dr Ivan Mac performed cataract surgery on my right eye on March 26th. Surgery on the left eye was a week later, on April 2nd. He used a LenSx laser for the surgery. I opted to have monofocal lenses implanted in both eyes. My work involves on site repairs to office and retail equipment, and lifting is to be expected. To avoid weight restrictions, Dr Mac applied a suture to the incision point on each eye. Both surgeries went very well. I took the day of surgery and the following day off from work for each eye.
    Before surgery both eyes were at 20/400, so with the 1st eye repaired, vision with the unrepaired eye was still poor. Removing the right lens from my old glasses allowed me to see, but was disorienting. Dr Mac provided a contact lens for the 2nd eye, which really helped for the one week period between surgeries.
    Surgery was performed at Union West Surgery Center in Indian Trail. The staff there, including Dr Mac, were courteous and professional, and very reassuring.
    I graded all services except Billing and Administration with an A. I really can't fault Metrolina Eye Associates, but found billing to be quite confusing. This really had everything to do with my insurance carrier, and having surgery before my deductibles had been met. Since the surgery involved services of the surgeon, surgery center, and anesthesiologist, it was not possible to determine final out of pocket amounts beforehand. I understand the the problem faced by the three service providers, but found it frustrating at the time.
    In summary, I am very delighted with the results of cataract surgery in both eyes. Visual acuity is 20/20 for both, and I am happy to only need glasses for reading. Off the shelf 2.0 reading glasses work fine. Doctor Mac and his staff diagnosed and explained my problem, and offered either conventional blade or laser surgery, plus single or multivision lens implants. His use of an iPad to illustrate the steps involved to remove the cataracts and implant the new lenses was very reassuring. I found most web resources concerning cataract surgery seemed aimed at retirees. Dr Mac addressed my need to return to work without taking off more time than necessary.
    The improvement in my vision has allowed me to better perform my work, and to appreciate the vibrant colors of nature this spring. To those facing cataract surgery, understand that the actual surgery only lasts a few minutes, but the vision improvement is astounding!
