Paramount Kia of Asheville was wonderful! They had such a friendly atmosphere and we're very easy to talk to. They worked hard to get us what we want in a price point that we wanted as well! We would highly recommend that you visit them on your next car purchase!

Their representative, Angel, was awesome. She corrected a problem caused by an unscrupulous provider and did the job for me immediately. She took calls from me at all hours and was absolutely on the ball. I highly recommend them. They did the job and did it it right.

After calling around, they were one of the few that carried my size tire and definitely at the best price. They squeezed me in and even stayed over a little because they were going to be closed for a few days and knew I couldn't ride around on a spare that long. They were very accommodating and helpful. This wasn't my first encounter with this company and it won't be my last.

The next morning I called the dealership and was told that the car I had looked at the pervious day had been sold that afternoon. But they had brought up a 2010 Toyota Corola from a their dealership in Hickory NC. My husband and I  looked at the car that day and the car looked great, it had less mileage than the other car and was one year newer model. Now my husband is a very sick man he is on oxygen 24/7 and is very hard for him to get out or set for any amount of time. By the time we drove the 35 min to the dealership he was having some trouble breathing well. Anthony ask us if we wanted to try the car out, we declined because I did not think my husband could stand the trip.
We bought the car with an extended warranty. As we were driving the car home I noticed that something was wrong with the brakes. They would go almost to the floor before they would start to slow the car down. After they would catch they would start to grab.
Also there was a bumping and shaking in the front end. I called the dealership and talked to Anthony and he made and appointment with his service department to check it out. After the service dept looked at the car I was told that it was the way the tires were warn and they did not cover that. I told the manager of the dept  that we had just bought the car from them 3 days ago. He said he was sorry but they did not cover that and I should talk to the person that sold me the car. I called Anthony from the service dept and was told he had to go along with what the said and he had know control over that.
I told my husband that maybe the tires would last until we could find the $600.00 to put new tires on the car. A few weeks later I noticed when I started the car after it had set over night there was a knock in the engine the valves would sound like they were going to jump right out of the car and then it would go away. So the next morning I called the Dealership again and talked to the manager and he set an appointment at the service dept again. After a wait of around 20 to 30 min they told me they could not get the motor to make the noise. But they did find something wrong with the brakes, but they did not have what it took to fix it on a Toyota. That I needed to take it to a Toyota service center. I also found out that there was an open recall to update the soft ware in the computer for the car taking off and not stopping. I took the car by the Toyota dealership in Asheville that day and made an appointment for them to look at the car and update the soft ware. 2 days later I started to pull out of my drive way and I had a flat tire. I called my brother and he put a plug in the tire and l prayed that it would hold for a while. I was wrong. Tire has a slow leak and I'am told by my local tire store that the tire is so worn out that it will not hold the plug.
I don't know what to do we cannot afford to buy tires I have tried to buy used ones but cannot find any. My husband is very sick and that car is our only form of transportation. And Paramount Kia say there is nothing they can do. Oh, the the manager of the dealer ship told me it would cost me $60.00 for their service dept to look at the car. After an intense talk he said he would wave the $60.00 and that he was trying to help me.

I have used Buster's wrecker service and most recently his repair service for more than 15 years. He has always provided outstanding, prompt service at a reasonable price. I was involved in an auto accident in July, 2011, in a small community 20 miles away. Not only did he come quickly, but waited sometime for the officer to arrive and make up his report.....over 45 minutes, and yet only charged for the actual towing of the car to his place. He has recently upgraded his garage capabilties to provide a wider range of auto services. I have also had auto repairs done as well.

The service person was, as usual, knowledge, friendly and helpful in providing some additional information. The line service manager, as usual, was a toad with as much personality as mud. Miss the younger brother to owner who was always personable, cheery, went out of his way to offer suggestions and always very helpful, I have been buying all my tires for auto, trucks, and equipment there since 1990 and miss this change in personnel. They have had very competetive prices and pleasant office staff, so may keep buying my tires there, but will probably check around before I buy my next set.

The work turned out really good.
Although they said it would be finished in 4 days. They said they had the parts and then they said they had a hard time finding the parts. We got the car back about 2 and a half weeks later.
All's well that ends well !

Our car just stalled out and would not crank back. We called them after hours since they are listed as a 24hrf towing service and they hauled our car back to their shop. The guy was nice from the time he got to us and all through checking out our car. Our car just needed a battery and they had an extra used one that was installed at no charge. We were then able to head out on our way. We went by the next day to pay the bill and everyone there was very friendly and provided excellent service. They also work on big trucks and all kinds of vehicles. If they cannot fix what you have then they are happy to recommend several options for other good shops that meet your needs. A+ service all the way.

When I picked my car up the price that was quoted over the phone after completion had changed from $180 to $228. The reason given was that tax's weren't added in on the price i was given over the phone. After paying over $40 more than I was told it would cost the tail-light still wasn't working. About 1 mile down the road the car started making a horrible sound so we took it back and they claimed that it needed a new fly wheel. I told them that i couldn't afford the new parts and labor but asked them to please fix the tail-light that i had already been charged for. The following day they called me and said that they had repaired my tail-light and I can come pick up the car. When we got to the shop to pick up the car the guy at the counter was very rude and wouldn't even get out of his chair to get us the keys. Instead he told me to just walk around the counter and get them off the shelf. With all that behind me I had my girlfriend drive the car back home and when I pulled out behind her I noticed the tail-light still wasn't working. I feel like i was ripped off cause the job I paid for wasn't completed. I also noticed the owner of the business put a portion of the money I payed directly into his wallet.
