  • My personal experience with SPG Plumbing was that one that was extremely incompetent. I had a large leak and a small leak under my home. I was able to see the small one once looking into the crawl space but heard a large (loud water pressure) leak coming from further up under my front porch. I explained and offered to the technician to drain my washer to help see the issue but was told this was not needed. I paid almost 400.00 for the small leak and was told there was not other leaks. I found the larger leak myself with buckets of water coming out when the washer was draining. I will NEVER use this company again and will tell EVERYONE my poor service experience I received to neighbors and friends.

  • Bought a new home with a well. Never owned a well before. Bill came right out and helped us get the water up and running. He even showed me how to change the filter. I paid for knowledge that day, but if (when) something goes wrong again, I will call Bill.

  • Tim from Clear Water came the next day after we called and assessed the situation. He could not do the job that day (it was not an emergency) but set up an appointment later in the week. He arrived exactly when he said he would and began by giving me a description of what he was going to do. He walked me step-by-step through the process, doing his best to cut as little wall as possible. Once he found the exact source of the leak, he showed me what he was going to do and then completed the entire project in around 1 hour. He is very professional, honest, and took great care to not leave any mess in or around the house. I would definitely recommend Clear Water Plumbing.

  • This company installed a water heater for me earlier in the year and at that time quoted me to install a water treatment system. About eight months later, I decided to install the system and called the company. They adjusted the quote slightly for changes in prices. They assisted me in finding someone to build a storage space for the equipment, and once that was completed, we agreed on a date for the service. They came on the scheduled date and installed the equipment in the time frame they quoted. The installers were professional and provided me with needed information for caring for the equipment. They did forget to hook my icemaker to one part of the equipment but are returning at my convenience to connect to that.

  • Things went well until the first installer came and said the measurements for liner in tub was wrong, then they came out to remeasure and said it was correct, Being the Holidays Christmas and New Years I had to wait the orig. date was Dec 16th. I was off from work 2 1/2 weeks and then I get a call making arrangements to come back with orig liner, since I just went back to work and they had meetings I had to attend I had to wait until Jan 13th and 14th. That morning I received a call just when I came home from work and said they had to canc. and make another date, I was mad and called very upset.  The new installer decided to come and do the work knowing their was a problem, he came very prepared, he worked had and did a very nice job, everything looks great and beautiful.
    the only other problem I have now is getting a shower curtain rod, I was told to use a tension rod however they do not stay up on the walls they use, if I knew that I would have kept the old one I had in their, now I have to find and buy another rod that is mounted to the walls.
    I gave them a good rating because they came through for me, and did a very nice job and is very happy with the work. My bathroom looks great and I am happy with it

  • He has been able to come out the same day we have called.  He is professional and courteous and skilled at fixing plumbing problems.  We will definitely call him again whenever we have plumbing problems.  The $60 charge was when he tracked down our frozen pipes and spent alot of time on it.  Other times he has not charged that much.  We always feel his charges are appropriate for the work he does.  He also gives us suggestions when we ask, for how to avoid future problems such as with our frozen pipes.

  • They did a good job. Essentially, they hit a reset button on the unit. I know how to resolve that issue in the future at least now, but I did have to pay the $200 trip fee to them. They didn't tell me about the fee until after they had already come out.

  • PLUMBER LOOKED AT THE JOB, WE HAD ALREADY TOLD HIM WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, WE TRIED A C-CLAMP BUT IT WAS TOO LOOSE. HE CAME BACK WITH A PRICE OF $227.47 FOR A CLAMP THAT COST $4. DID NOT GIVE ITEMIZED RECEIT, ONLY SAID THIS WAS SET RATE. APPEARED TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE WHEN MY BOYFRIEND QUESTED THE PRICE. ACTUALLY STATED TO ME THAT HE TOLD ME THE PRICE BEFORE HE DID IT I COULD HAVE SAID NO. YES I COULD HAVE BUT I HAD NO IDEA WHAT WORK HE WAS DESCRIBING TO ME. IF I HAD KNOW IT WAS JUST PUTTING A $4 CLAMP ON I WOULD HAVE SAID NO.

  • Durwood set and drilled the first part to 240' and determined that we could get 3 rpm, he said that would be sufficient and I reserved the right to have him return and drill deeper if I felt I needed it. After some consideration I called him and asked to have the well deepened. He returned within a week and without an additional setup charge he drilled an additional 125'. Resulting in the same 3gpm. As it turns out that has been enough flow to satisfy the needs of the household.
