  • John is simply the best gutter professional we've ever worked with. Goes above and beyond, is thoroughly knowledgeable in his field, a straight-shooter, reliable, great communication, friendly and honest--and the quality of his work is superb. Highest recommendation possible.

  • My personal experience with SPG Plumbing was that one that was extremely incompetent. I had a large leak and a small leak under my home. I was able to see the small one once looking into the crawl space but heard a large (loud water pressure) leak coming from further up under my front porch. I explained and offered to the technician to drain my washer to help see the issue but was told this was not needed. I paid almost 400.00 for the small leak and was told there was not other leaks. I found the larger leak myself with buckets of water coming out when the washer was draining. I will NEVER use this company again and will tell EVERYONE my poor service experience I received to neighbors and friends.

  • Had two couches, a chair, and an ottoman cleaned; they did a fabulous job--thorough and attentive to the work. Also had two rugs cleaned (one hand-knotted, one Karastan), and I was so impressed that I gave them two more large rugs to clean. Jason, the owner, is friendly and professional, and the men who did the upholstery cleaning were equally so. Overall, very pleased.

  • I hired them to clean my carpets and fix an annoying squeak in the floor of a closet in my master bedroom. I've used them before for carpet cleaning so I had no doubt I would be happy with the job. But I've never had my floors worked on before. The way he broke it down and explained what was wrong and what was causing the squeak issue was quite educational and appreciated! They didn't make me feel rushed and made extra sure I was completely satisfied. Which I'm happy to say these guys once again did not disappoint! I will certainly be using them again in the future and I'm happy to convey my experience to others.

  • It went very well, although it took longer than originally expected due to required coordination with an engineer, the inspector, and the subcontractors. All the workers who were on the job - whether they were the contractors' or subcontractors' workers - were very professional and took care to do quality work. At the end of each day, they cleaned their work area. The quote was higher than I expected and while I thought it was high, they were the most professional and the only one that indicated they would have an engineer determine how the structural work would be performed, and in the end I am confident that I received a quality job that will not give me problems

  • There were so many negative interactions with this company, I don't even know where to start. The owner, Jeff Patterson is rude, and was difficult to deal with once the contract was signed. Below are all of the issues we encountered after we contracted to have the roof of our rental property replaced: 1) he installed the wrong color roof on the house - it was supposed to be dark gray, he installed light brown. When I arrived at the house on the day of installation after the work was wrapping up - I alerted him to the issue. His first question was, "do you have the color in writing"? Conveniently it was not written on the contract provided by him. His next question was ,"do you have a recording of our conversation about the color choice"? Who records conversations? If I have to record my conversation with you, then you are not someone I want to do business with. 2) this was a job funded by insurance due to hail damage, and he had been paid 50% prior to work, with the balance due upon completion. I refused to settle the bill until the correct roof was installed. Insurance would not issue a check until I signed off on the project - eventually he agreed and replaced the roof with he correct color. I took the day off and watched the whole process to ensure that it was done correctly. 3) in the original contract he stated he would replace rotten wood at no charge. When I reminded him of this prior to the original roof installation (of the wrong color), he asked "do you have it in writing". Luckily I did, and he agreed to replace the wood. 4) as I watched them remove the incorrect roof to replace it with the correct color - it was obvious that the rotten wood had not been replaced. My presence ensured that the wood was replaced. 5) As I argued with him about replacing the roof, he threatened me and said that if I posted negative reviews on social media, he would sue me. The details included within this review represent my opinions, and are factual accounts of my encounter. My sincerest advice is to avoid this company. If you feel compelled to work with him anyway, or are in the middle of a job - get everything not only in writing but record his promises.

  • It's a very big job to stabilize a house that is 100 years old and over 4000 square feet, but Advanced Structural Repair did an impeccable job. They were friendly and professional in my interactions with them. The job took about 2 weeks. They left everything tidy every day when they left the site. When I had questions they were always quick to respond. They did a few extra items that weren't on the original list because they felt they needed to be done. I would definitely hire them again, and recommend them to anyone who has a house that needs foundation repair. They have a real respect and love for older homes, and it shows in their work.

  • Everything as far as the repairs went great. The supplier of the shingles had mixed the same singles but they were made at different times so the color was off. Once Cristian and he's guys saw the color miss match on the roof the project was stopped. They didn't once give me a problem with it, they took off what they had put on and we got the correct color batches replaced. As you know when any project things don't always go as plans but with Cristina he always corrected anything I didn't like and made it right. I've already referred him and his company to several of my neighbors and friends. If anything like this was to happen again I would definitely use him again.

  • He is very nice, works slow, charged for time spent to get supplies which was unreasonable (30 min & the store was .5 miles away) & would not explain charge for materials he supplied.  I had purchased all but 1 item @ 5.99 & he charged me $30.  He was offended when I questioned the charge.  Does not make appointments, just calls when he has free time & is usually 5 minutes away.  Took over 1 month to get a project done.  Charges by the hour which explains the slowness.  The 1st time I was pleased with what was done & what I had to pay.  He has not contacted me again for work since I questioned his charges which makes me wonder about him.

  • Perfect. I have seen first-hand the custom carpentry work that Fleet has completed, and was exceedingly impressed. I would recommend Fleet, with no hesitation whatsoever, to anyone looking to find a talented carpenter who listens to his client's needs and follows through to the client's satisfaction. His work is of the highest caliber and he's a consummate professional.
