  • gave us a free estimate and final price was in ball park of estimate price.

installed sump pump when he said he would.

I gave him a B in price because I thought $60.00 an hour was to high.

I gave him a B in responsiveness because it took a few days for him to get back to us.

Overall I gave him an A because he told me what he recommended for my water situation

and the water situation has been resolved. He did a great job overall.

One more thing, I think he should consider a senior discount.

  • Talks a good story and unfortunately when they came to do the job ,they didn't see anything they needed to be done ( like drainage for downspouts ) didn't finish the job . Left boards all around the edge of porch . Did't put in expansion joint or reinforcement . Two places cracked within one day . Called  kept asking me what did I want done about it. I was really at a lost because things he suggested were , we'll take it out but then it won't match.  75 percent of the edges showed major honey combing, and that I should have dirt work done !! What a mistake ! Still has not made me happy !!

  • We called for price to get a sump pump installed in our crawlspace. He came out and found a water leak and fixed part of it and had to come the next day to finish the job. My husband ask him a price and told him if it were over $75.00 we'd have to go through our home warranty because that would be our fee. He said it wouldn't be anymore than $75.00. He finished the work and we tried to get him to give us a ballpark estimate on the sump pump installation. He emailed us the sump pump he recommended and we emailed back for a price to install. We never heard back from him. We also ask for a price to move a light fixture and he never gave us ballpark price for that either. The work he did on the water pipe was good but given that he doesn't want to give estimates we wouldn't recommend him.

  • Ralph came over before I called the insurance and replaced the water heater even moving it to a better location so we wouldn't have any more problems or damage if it happened again. He also traced to problem down to minerals in our well and suggested a filter system which he installed and showed us how to maintain. While under the home installed lighting we always wanted. He also helped with the insurance claim by speaking with the adjuster about the full aspect of the damage and got us more in our claim. By moving the heater we got more closet space. The new sub flooring and carpet he installed in our walk in closet looks great. The cutting out of the water heater space and repair of the dry wall added more room for the shelving he installed. Then repairing the master bath floor matching the tile and grout which looked so good he showed me how I can do it myself in the kitchen! Talking to the insurance agent he got us money to replace the wet insulation that may mold. The insulation under the house was not in the floor properly so that was fixed also.

  • They worked around my schedule at our convenience! Pricing is also very reasonable, no markup on materials, any materials not used were credited back to us! I was AMAZED! You will not be disappointed with the quality of work!

  • The young man was there on time everyday, finished in a shorter time than was projected.  The place was left cleaner than he found it.  I have been very happy with the work, and as long as he is in this area, I will only use him for these type of projects.

  • Jason contacted me within 24 hours to review the scope of my project and provided an estimate.  His estimate was very competitive and I scheduled the work.  He installed two turbines on my roof and the final cost matched his estimate.  Quality of his work was excellent.  Jason’s responsiveness and professionalism has moved him to the top of my “Who to Call” list for future remodeling projects.

  • Thomas Narron is the person who comes to do the work. I?m pleased with his work and his price. When it?s a two man job, he gets someone along with him. Most of the times, he does the work alone. He tries to keep down his price. He is really good. My husband is a big critic and he has never had any problems with him. On professionalism is above average. I trust him with the door open and on everything. I have always been overwhelmingly pleased with him. He will always be my first choice. I would use him in the future.

  • He gave me a quote of $60 an hour. He's semi-retired and his son works with him some. I wouldn't let anybody come in here charging $60 an hour for little piddly repairs and stuff. I don't care how fast he says he works. That may not be out of line, but it's out of line for what I'm able to pay. I've been able to find other people to do the work for much less than that. He had limitations on what he could do, and after I found out he charged $60 per hour I did not want him to do the work. I wouldn't want to pay that.
