  The contract was entered into on this date: 04/25/2018. I was told 3 weeks to complete job. Still waiting for work to get done. Concrete footing and brick work are done after 4 month. We had to pay the brick mason TJ subcontracted out to keep from getting lien on our home. The Permit that was purchased was not for the complete job and no subcontracting, permit is in pdf file can not upload. Brush and trees are in plies front and back yard. Have not been able to use one of our back door for months. He asked for money for materials he had delivered, we paid him $1,500 and then he come to move materials to pour concrete and for load of fill for porch and exchange 2x4 on Sept 6. Concrete truck never showed up and fill load is dirt with roots in it. So he took all of the materials and left. As of today 10/4/2018 no materials or work being done.

  It was a very good experience. He was prompt and knowledgeable. They did a good job. They did a speedy job. They cleaned up after they finished. We will be referring them to other people we know. The price was comparable to other prices that we have heard. The price was actually better. We plan on using them again.

  showed up on time.  Did a great job of handling all aspects of he job.  Provided local stump grinder for 2 large stumps.  Hauled off all debris and cleaned up all work areas in the yard.

  The service provided by Alpine Tree Service was outstanding.  The clean up and haul off of all wood and debris was emaculate, you couldn't tell they had been there.
  On last week I had a huge limb to fall out of the tree the provider serviced, they came cleaned up the tree and eyed the tree again making sure nothing was missed.  This in itself was customer service at it's best.

  Arbormax Tree Service - Charlotte

  Arboxmax have not yet fully resolved their communication/technical issues on their AL Account(s).  This led to their not getting my communications/schedule requests.  Frustration is not how you want to start a business relationship, but it happens to the best of us.
  
  Once we connected, everything went smoothly.  They arrived on time to meet with my husband, which was great since he left work for lunch to meet up with them.  Everyone appreciates that kind of professionalism.  We were provided with individual estimates of the cost to prune/cut back each tree as we asked.   Though we are still gauging when we can proceed with our plans for the property, we have a much more clear understanding of the cost involved now and so we can move forward knowledgeably.   We do intend to hire Arboxmax for the tree work once we are ready to go.

  Everything was great!  We couldn't have been more pleased.  The work was fantastic.  They were friendly, polite & professional.  They cut the trees down to manageable sizes & stacked the wood, leveled the areas that had the stumps removed, and did a great job with aerating the yards.  Casey and family are very nice people.  A pleasure to work with.  They maintain great communication, seem very experienced, and are respectful of budgets.  They generously offered many ideas and options to bring out the best in our yards.  I feel very confident these are the people and the company that will help my husband & I bring out our home's full potential in the years to come.  We look forward to working with them again soon! 
  **Side Note...having just endured an unpleasant yard tool theft a couple days before, it was gratifying to meet people who could balance out the negativity that life can throw at you.  So we give thanks!

  I called Casey Guffey's number about 10:30 A M on 7/14/2014 after reviewing info about his business on Angie's List..
  I wanted an estimate to have yard work completed sometime the same week.
  They said they would be out later in the P M to give me an estimate on the work to perform.
  They came around 2:30 and gave the estimate and then worked in my yard until the job was completed, the same afternoon.
  They were all very professional, polite and friendly and stuck to their original cost estimate.
  Work was completed quickly but with precision and Casey kept me informed of how things were going in the yard as I am temporarily disabled and was unable to check on their progress.
  I will use this company again for landscaping in the fall and pre-winter care of my lawn.

  I have thousands of trees around me and I was concerned of the trees closest to the house, health of the tree, strength, we discussed which trees I need to watch, those that needed to come down now gave me pointers of what to watch for.

  We picked and chose those that needed attention now. He very easily could have recomended trees that really did not need to be cut down.
