    KELLY PLUMBING
Very unprofessional and rude. Refused service, and would not back their work , called Lowes Home improvement and had a certified Plummer within an hour. The plumber showed me where the top element was never tightened allowing a slow leak causing the lower heating element to burn out. This was exactly what Kelly's Plumbing did twice with my hot water heater. No, problems now and if I went back with Kelly's, they would have suggested a new hot water heater!

    KELLY PLUMBING
Not good at all with Kelly's Plumbing. I since then found out I'm not the only person who has had problems with them. The others were told that they needed to have their hot water heater replaced and of course it was coming from this company. As far as I am concerned, this company does the damage only to get more business from you and take your money. When I called this time before calling Home Depot, to complain, I was told to take my "F***ing business elsewhere ".

    Webster & Sons Plumbing, Inc.
Webster & Sons responded quickly to our plumbing emergency phone call. They came when scheduled and resolved the problem. Chris really knows his business. He is a genius when it comes to fixing plumbing problems that are not the norm. Webster and Sons are efficient, reasonable and they care about the job they do. I am thrilled to find a good reputable company I can count on.

    Forsyth Rooter Service Inc
Forsyth Rooter Service arrived promptly when they said they would. They found the opening to our septic tank, removed the lid and the earth, pumped out our tank and checked for any problems, put the lid back on, returned the dirt on top, and they suggested a way of marking where the opening was in case we had to get our tank pumped out again. The guys were very polite, friendly, and professional. The work did not take them long and it was pouring down rain as well! I will definitely be calling this company again.

    House Doctors
Inside of the house looks so much better with the paint and crown moulding!  The existing floor issue had to be cared for:  damage happened over time due to rain drainage problems and then insect destruction.  Martin and his crew provided excellent repair and replacement work!  As always, Martin ensured I approved of the work results before collecting what was owed.  In this day, that is a 100% awesome work ethic (so many people want at least half the cost before they start the job).  If you want it done cheaply, you'll end up rolling the dice with a local, unbonded, uninsured "handy man," who'll ask for half the cost of the job upfront; if you want it done right for a fair price you pay once you are satisfied with the work completed, you'll hire Martin!

    Dease Plumbing LLC
Josh called before arriving and set the time and arrived on time.  He proceeded to make the inspection by starting with the leak in the basement.  He asked if i wanted him to begin the repair.  After finishing the repair and generally cleaning up most of the expected debris he proceeded to finish the inspection of the rest of my plumbing.  He was pleasant and professional and I felt I was well served by Josh and the company.

    Sink Plumbing & Electric Co
The main reasons I decided to get an outside clean-out access installed stemmed from a bad experience with a plumber (sent out by my home warranty company) and then, less than a year later, I had to pay to get the bathroom line cleared (I actually hired Sink Plumbing & Electric Co to do that work first, and was so pleased with the plumber, Mike, that I hired them to install the clean-out at a later date).

Because they received so many positive Angie's List reviews, I was ok with them charging travel fees (I live less than 15 miles from the city of Winston-Salem).  I understand that since I didn't know the water pipe layout in my front yard, I would have to pay for the time it took the plumbers to do the trial-and-error digging.  There were a few times I glanced outside to see both of them doing nothing but staring into the hole (and at @ $1/minute for labor would have liked to have seen some activity).  I also don't understand why, with two men on the job (the lead operating a mini excavator and the other doing...observation?) many of the big planter stones weren't moved to a pile for later placement, but buried in the big dirt pile that was left behind.  Sloppy, unneccessary, and caused problems for me later.

A customer service tip management should pass along:  keep personal stories about hating neighbors because they reported you for shooting a deer in your yard to yourself.  The guy (who wasn't Mike) had a chip on his shoulder and with such an attitude, inspired no confidence that he completed the job professionally.  When I gave feedback to the office about the general experience, the response I got was an incredulous response that they never had a complaint about him before (another poor customer service choice).

I had a very good experience when Mike was at my home.  I cannot say the same for the lead plumber Sink Plumbing & Electric Co sent out in mid-February.

    MARK COOK PLUMBING CO INC
We used them last November, December and January. They did three projects. I would give him all "A's." The three jobs costed about $600 each. He came when he was supposed to. He gave me the estimate and he did the work. The other one was a failure. There was a leak in the piping. They came back and did that. That was much more reasonable than it could have been. We had it done two weeks later. I would definitely use them again if I needed to.

    KELLY PLUMBING

They replaced several faucets and shower heads in my bathrooms. They also brazed new copper pipe to my toilets from the old water pipes. They even fixed things in my plumbing for free that they didn't have too , just to make sure the job was done correctly. Really professional job !
