Individuals who visit my residence marvel at the construction, details and features that mark Mike's gifted abilities. Most importantly, Mike is an honest man and a person of integrity. In an industry where many builders produce a inferior product or "cut corners", Mike did not subscribe to those devious business practices. Mike was entrusted with the biggest financial investment I had ever made while I lived in another state. Some individuals thought I foolish to place so much trust in this contractor. He always arrived prepared with the tools needed and an obvious thought out plan regarding the work to be performed . He was both knowledgeable and efficient and performed top quality workmanship including metal siding install, window install, basic plumbing, stair railing in home, deck building, tongue and groove wood ceiling, and outdoor railing at end of deck. AWe chose Platinum to paint our home in Nags Head, NC. It was a fairly complex job, and involved old and damaged siding, plus many porches, eaves and gables. Weather is always a factor in OBX, and there was an immutable deadline to meet despite high winds and rains. Platinum worked closely with us to coordinate best painting “windows” and access to the property. Their crews were professional and amazingly hard working. Debbie was always available, and addressed any questions, and was meticulous. The project finished as needed, and the results were beautiful. Kudos to Platinum.

AVery satisfied. They designed and built a very nice bedroom, including a dormer window with window seat, and a spa-like bathroom. The process went extremely well from start to finish, and I am very pleased with the addition. Everyone I dealt with at Andrew Roby was very professional, always courteous, and highly skilled in their job. The price was definitely more than I originally anticipated, but the quality of the workmanship, and the peace of mind of having very trustworthy and professional people to deal with made it worth the cost to me. They stayed on budget, and finished slightly early. They are perfectionists, and they made sure all subcontractor's work was done to my satisfaction, and at times, I was o.k. with the work, but my AR project manager was not satisfied, so he had them come back and correct some flaws that I had not noticed. I highly recommend, and am using them for additional projects at my home.
