  • As part of the Cornerstone Network, they have long experience in computerized medical records. Therefore, all patient records are available to any Cornerstone practitioner. Wonderful office staff, very little wait time, easy to get an appointment (even on short notice), and the only negative is that it's difficult to get prescription renewals.

  • Dr. Tuchman's bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. My foot is killing me and my job requires me to stand most of the day. I can't stay off my feet and get paid at my job. I've been taking aleve for 3 weeks and it hasn't helped. After a week of intense foot pain, I went back to my GP and he gave me some Oxcycodone for the pain. I am still in the same amount of pain as I was last week when he gave me pain medicine. I asked Dr. Tuchman if i could get something for nighttime after I've been on my foot all day and then he asked me if I had a substance abuse problem. WHAT? No, my foot has been hurting for 3 weeks and that's the only thing that helps! Why don't we just cut off my foot and get rid of the problem altogether? Dr. Tuchman gave me a boot and told me to take aleve and he'd see me in 2 weeks. His diagnosis was different than 2 of my GPs and he thought I might have a fracture even though I've already had an xray that was clear. I really don't want to see Dr. Tuchman ever again. I made an appt at that practice with a different doctor. Maybe she can figure out what's wrong with my foot because it still hurts A LOT!!!!!

  • I've been dealing with them for a couple of years. It's great and very pleasant. I love my PA and his name is Brian and they take your appointments on time. They don't rush you through, they answer all types of questions and they return your calls.

  • The clinic has a two-tiered system in which a very skilled therapist gives the laser treatment, massage therapy if indicated, and next introduces gentle exercises specifically tailored to the patient's condition. When this therapist is confident that the patient can manage the exercises, a second therapist takes over and closely supervises the patient , making sure that the exercises are done correctly and giving the patient support and encouragement. This is a great system and it really works.
There is a warm, supportive atmosphere throughout the whole clinic which is needed for people in pain.
The cold laser is the most effective and helpful treatment I have ever had. It reduces the pain, increases blood flow and promotes healing. With every treatment I noticed an improvement. With the laser, and the support and skill of the therapists, I made steady progress. I went from a fearful, pain immobilised state, to one of confidence that I could overcome this injury without surgery. My therapist, Ben, was particulary skilled in helping me to go further in the exercises than I thought I could, without causing a problem. This enabled me me to make steady progress.
I now have recovered 98% of my range of motion, am pain free and have resumed my normal lifestyle. After trying several health providers who could not take care of my problem, I thought I was stuck with it for the rest of my life. That was a very bad thought to live with.
If anyone has a problem that no one else can fix, I highly recommend trying Carolina Physical Therapy for highly skilled staff who really care about patients. It's a phenominal clinic, I found they can really get results.

  • I've never waited in the waiting room more than 10 minutes. If you have a 2 PM appointment, you can count on being seen by 2:15. She always takes the time to listen to all you want to tell her. She never rushes her patients. Great patient/doctor relationship. You can make a same day appointment too.

  • My appointment was at 8:30am. I thought that by having an appointment first thing in the morning I'd be in and out pretty quickly. Wrong. To begin, the receptionist was rude (abrupt; kind of attitudinal). I had to wait in the reception area for about 15 minutes, which wasn't too bad. Once I was taken to an examination room, I had to wait for another 45 minutes for the doctor. I didn't receive any kind of apology or explanation for the long wait. Dr. Jackson was nice enough, but not very thorough. Once my brief visit was done, I had to wait for another 15-20 minutes at the lab to have blood drawn. I didn't get out of there until about 10:30am, which is ridiculous. I was so disgusted with the whole experience that I'm not planning to return. I'm still looking for a good primary care doctor in Kernersville.

  • Dr. Ross was absolutely great! Took a look at his legs and determined he had poision ivy/oak. The worst case he had ever seen on somebody's legs. Prescribed a cream and recommended my son take claritin/zertec to help as well.

  • He had discussed a hip replacement & explained all that was involved.  I had surgery 10/23/12 and have been great ever since.  At the follow-up appointments he was very understanding and reassuring.

  • For women who are looking for a friendly doctor, it's a very nice and low-key place. I don't like going for mammograms and she doesn't push. Though she'll suggest, she doesn't insist if you've got a good reason for something. They give very good care and when I went after falling in the garden, a nurse came out right away to make sure I hadn't injured my spine. It was a holiday, there were quite a few people, and they wanted to make sure it was not a serious injury. They connect with people and have good relationships. They're easy to get to and you can just call and get prescriptions refilled. They go out of their way to be nice and it's a new building and there's always somebody to direct you. I've never had a bad experience there.

  • The PA did all the necessary checkups , after which she took time to ask all the pertinent questions and listen to my responses
with concern. The medicine was prescribed and i was fine just in time to enjoy Christmas and the holiday season.
