    Merchant's Tire & Auto Centers
Merchant's Tire is now NTB. Jeff Moore, the Manager, is always responsive and friendly. He doesn't try to push services that are not required. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. I've used this location for many years. It will always pay to find a good, solid shop and stay loyal. They strive to do the right thing every time I visit. Great folks.

They do all of my work on my car since I purchased it there. their appointment service is easy to get an appointment and the service department is open on Saturday. They have a shuttle service that will drop me off at home and pick me back up.

Express Oil Change & Service Center
You don't have to have an appointment. You can drive in. They will take your vehicle almost immediately and have it turned around within 30 minutes or less. It's very quick. Then they give you a summary report with recommendations what should be done and don't give you a hard sell on what they think you should get done. I have went to them in the past and that's why I go back. They do a great job.

    Havoline Xpress Lube and Service,Inc.
They have done all sorts of work for me, but they do a great job. They take care of you, they look after you, whether it’s your brakes, or whether it’s your fluid levels, or they will tell you if you have got something that you need to take care of. They do all of my inspections, they take care of all of my work vehicles as well.

Carlo's Complete Car Care Center Inc
You will not find a more genuine place than Carlo?s Complete Auto Care.
They were honest, friendly and took my questions and concerns seriously. He and his team went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle and myself as a customer. That's saying a lot coming from someone who doesn?t normally leave reviews. I thought people should hear from a now lifetime customer.

Ford truck would occasionally refuse to start.  Had it towed multiple times to the dealership only to find it working and the dealership unable to diagnose.  Had it towed to Hodge, and they immediately suspected and replaced an intermittent fuel pump relay.  Low cost item and inexpensive repair, a fraction of what I paid for my no-diagnosis diagnoses at the dealer.  Honest and skilled.

Bait and switch tactics employed by this dealership. Prices on web site are not the prices you will pay once they lure you into the dealership. They claim add-ons like nitrogen in the tires and options added to their vehicles that are not reflected in their web site price, especially if you refuse other add-ons (i.e. extended warranty) or arrange your own financing. They also employ typical dealership practices like taking your keys and holding you hostage at the dealership while they try to wear you down with the salesperson, followed by the Finance Manager, and then finally the Sales Manager. Stay away from this dealership if you value your time, as they will employ any tactic necessary to wear you down and steal your trade-in.

I like them a lot. The last time I went was in April. They changed the oil, brake shoe pads, spark plugs and they did the radiator. The prices were right, they pick you up and drop you off if you need. You don't need an appointment. They are open six days a week from seven to seven. They also have coupons, the oil change is right on top. It was nineteen ninety nine with the coupon. My check engine light kept coming on and I had already paid eleven hundred dollars for the repairs, I couldn't understand why it was coming on and they told me that it was the O2 sensor. It went off again and they told me to come back when the light came on again. They don't charge you for diagnostics they tell you what's wrong whether you are getting it done or not. They have a real good friendly service and they recognize all their customers by first name. They are very honest. They all live locally. Their prices are right on target. They don't take advantage of women or the elderly. You can be very comfortable or confident that they are not taking advantage of you. I like the fact that they drove me back to work. They told me the one part that I needed the Saturday afternoon would be cheaper if I waited until Monday, and they saved me a lot of money. I really liked the fact that they told me that I could drive the vehicle until Monday and put the part in then. The only thing that I was not happy with was that when I went there in January, they told me that I needed front brakes and back brakes it was like three hundred and eighty dollars and I did not have it. I later found out that I did not need it. I went back in April and they also said I need brakes. I would rate them 'A' because they searched to get me the lowest price. You could also make coffee or have water or soda while you wait. I would use them in the future.

They did an excellent job. We had it towed to him. He diagnosed it. He tried to do everything he could to keep the same motor in there. But he said that he felt in the end that the new motor or a full remanufactured engine would serve us longer for the money. He will explain to us what is going on. He will also give us a couple of options. Then he will put what he would do for his vehicle or what he could recommend for the best job; not necessarily the lowest price, but the best overall. He cares about his customers. The price was where it should be. He had probably the best price of anybody around. I will definitely use them again in the future.

    Forsyth Auto Service
Our 11yr old mini van mended a new transmission. They had a great price and delivery, after comparing several local quotes. From time of start to finish, 5 days. Full rebuild. They answered the phone every time; gave a lot of info; made suggestions to other potentially less costly alternatives. Called me to say an aftermarket cooler would help too.. $50. Saves the oil and old oil with debris. When I picked up the vehicle, I learned the technician stayed very late the night prior to finish because "I knew your promise date was the next morning and didn't want to be 1 day late". They knew this was our family of 6's main transportation. Highly recommend. I'm going back to have more work done now that I've found a mechanic shop I trust.
