    I absolutely love Pack! I have boarded my dog here for a long weekend, he is very high energy and not always the best with strangers. They took such amazing care of him and had zero problems with his behavior while he stayed. I have also dropped him off for an afternoon to play and get out all of his energy...he was passed out in the back seat before I even got home. I've had my other dog groomed here, he loves the treatment and comes home smelling amazing. The staff here is extremely professional and kind. I have no doubt that when I leave my dog he will be treated well. I recommend Pack to all of my friends with fur babies and will continue to come here.

    My dog has been going to Pack since she was a puppy (over 2 years now) and we’ve always had excellent service there. I know my dog Koury loves it there because as soon as we pull up her tail starts wagging because she’s so excited to see her friends. At the start of the pandemic when they were closed to the public, they still allowed me as a healthcare worker to bring Koury to daycare. It was really nice that that was one less thing I had to worry about at that time. Pack has always gone above and beyond in taking care of Koury and providing me with peace of mind.

    Two dogs were scheduled for grooming. Upon arrival staff stated dogs were late for appointment. When appointment was made, appointment was repeated back to staff member the date and time. Staff member at time of phone call stated the info repeated back to them was correct. Staff member stated upon arrival that dogs were one hour late. When simply challenged about what was told to me, staff or whoever it was responded rudely that they weren't arguing with me and refused to groom the dogs but had initially stated that they would groom both dogs prior to being challenged about the appointment time. Anyone can make a mistake or have a bad day in business, but you don't get to pass that off on a paying customer. I have used their services before and had ALWAYS been pleased. I have NEVER experienced anyone in that business being so rude before. This was a total shock and disappointment.

    All About the Dog - Mobile Dog Grooming
    I had an appointment scheduled two months in advance. On the day of the appointment, Rhonda called and said she could not make the appointment because the rain brought too much moisture into her van, which could make sense. I was very flexible on a reschedule and just asked her to call and let me know when she could make it. I did not get a call four days after my scheduled appointment, so scheduled with someone else. Terrible customer service and she is very difficult to contact.

    This is by far the most outstanding Kennel I have ever used! From the moment you arrive and your pet is welcomed as a cherished family member to the moment you pick them up, there is such a sense of comfort in the level of professionalism and true caring! You can peek at your pet anytime via cameras, and as you check in or out, you can see the interactions through massive windows! There is a large pool area with fountains, and SO much play space in several yards, My guy is always incredibly excited to be there, and is happy and tired when I pick him up. As a mom to a special needs collie, knowing there is care 24/7 as well as vet services onsite for concerns or simply general animal care, I leave him knowing he is being loved by people who take their job seriously and deeply love these animals AND their jobs! The grooming is impeccable (And Finn has a LOT of fur!) as is the total service experience. I simply cannot recommend enough this outstanding location!!!

    Dr. John Mazur and his entire staff are the best around. Over the years, Catawba has taken care of 12 dogs in our family. I had a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with a several health problems, Dr Mazur figured out a long range plan and my dog lived many years under his care. I own a healthy little dog now who is 18 years old, I can't thank the staff at Catawba for the care, grooming and love given to my animals and their animal patients. I drive from Charlotte and would not think of going anywhere else. You will be impressed with the honest assessment of your animals health and reasonable pricing. I would trust my dogs with any Vet at Catawba!

    Well we’re do I start. forced to give one star in order to give review put in fact they are a negative 10 star. The staff has no idea about management and management doesn’t care. I called to have my Dog Board for approximately 10 days was told that was no problem and they will give me the tenth day for free. I made the reservations and then proceeded to drop off my dog. I was told that I will get a report card daily from 10 to 1 o’clock every day and some pictures. Well the first two days I receive pictures and he was all alone and look real sad I call the facility while I was on vacation and explain to them my concern they proceeded to tell me that everything was OK they where just being cautious. The next day I did not receive a report card so I called and the front desk girl told me that she will find out why they did not send me a report card she came back on the phone and told me that they had forgot and they will send it. This was around 7 o’clock in the morning. She told me that they will send it to me within the next few minutes and I told her OK no problem. After waiting two hours I called again and was told they must of forgot. At this time I Ask to speak to the manager on duty and was told that she was on lunch and that she will call me. After about an hour went by I received a call from a unknown number so I did not answer it it was the manager saying she was not at the facility left me a message that everything was OK and that they will be taken care of it and she will talk to the staff. Well needless to say there was an issue I have packed my dog with Ziploc bags of food for each day when I pick them up I was given three bags back so that tells me he was having feeding problems which they never called me and told me also I wasn’t given the 10th day free I was told that I had to pre-paid when I made the reservation nobody ever told me that she just said that she was going to give me the tenth day for free so needless to say if you want your dog to go through **** bring them to Pet Pack and They will make sure your pet will not be taken care of and put through **** it is the worst dog place that I’ve ever been to and I’ve been dealing with dogs all my life which is over 50 years I would not go back to that place even if they paid me to go back so please be cautious when you look into the boarding your pet. At this **** hole. As you can see on the picture below he does not seem happy at all.
