    Superior Construction & Remodeling llc
First off, we would like to say that the name of the company seems very appropriate in that we believe their product is indeed superior to what we believe that we would have gotten from the other companies that bid on our deck replacement. We would also like to state right up front, that the final product exceeded our expectations and that the old adage of "you get what you pay for" holds true. When Ken and Dwight initially came to the house to deliver their proposal they showed us a lot of pictures of decks and other projects they had done for other customers. They all showed very well executed designs that were really nice. So nice, in most cases, it seemed obvious these were not the standard product but custom work that had a lot of "extras" incorporated into them. What we asked was for the to replace the rickety, old deck that was existing on our house, with one that was a bit more solid, and to add a roof so as to be able to use it more than the uncovered one that was the original installation from 27 years earlier. The price they quoted was indeed higher than their competition but they seemed very confident that they would provide just what we wanted. When we got the contract from them, it stated the overall dimensions we had agreed upon, the fact that it would have a certain type of ceiling that they would install two ceiling fans and other basic provisions, but it left a lot to the imagination. What we got, is "another room" on the back of our house that is open on three sides! As previously stated, it exceeded our expectations in fit, form, and function. They did a top quality job, that looks like it too! It has all those extras as seen in the pictures they showed us when they bid the job. The crew that actually performed the work were great guys and very professional. They stated they expected to have the job completed in two to two and a half weeks, and they met that timeline. When the building inspector came out to check certain elements of the job, he had no issues at all. They stated in the contract that they would match the existing look of the house as best they could. The siding, roof, soffit and gutters they used all match the original house components so closely, were it not for the new look of the decks wood, it would look like it had been there as long as the rest of the house. In the end, we are extremely pleased with how the project went, and the finished product is more than what we had expected!! As stated earlier, Ken and Dwight seemed very confident that they would provide us just what we were looking for, and now we know why. Would we recommend them? In a heartbeat!

We had a signed contract with Richland Homes to build a home for us in Kellswater Bridge. Working out all of the details, color selections, etc. Due to the numerous liens placed on the company by unpaid subcontractors and suppliers, the developer of Kellswater, George Kaiser, would not allow Richland to build in the community anymore. We have now been waiting several months for the return of our deposit money, which Richland has not yet done, and they will not return phone calls.
