ASG DeliversAbsolutely wonderful! Much care was taken. My furniture was wrapped with padding and arrived at the storage unit without one scratch! Customer service was very professional and friendly! I have to add that my furniture was VERY heavy and awkward to move out of my home. They thought out the process they would use prior to actually moving it so there was no getting stuck in a doorway or not having room to maneuver. I have additional furniture that will have to be moved and I will most definitely be using their services again!- Robin J.

AAutumnwood DesignsWhat a great piece of furniture. We moved into a new house and I needed a wall unit to put my Dept 56 Christmas houses in and Paul did a great job design and his installers did an awesome job installing the unit. I wanted glass doors and LED light tape to help light up the houses and items in the unit. There is room behind the unit to house and thread wires thru when putting the houses in the unit. It was set up to house a 75" TV and the sound bar and sub woofer.. Paul put in pull our drawers in the end cabinets and shelves in the middle with a screen in the middle cabinet. It is the focal point of our Great Room and folks love it.- Jay A.

Set a date to come pick it up and he was punctual and very professional. He had the piece for about 2-3 days and what this man did with this furniture was just short of AMAZING! AGary Forte WoodworkingExcellent! I had a relatively small wooden box which had a corner chip in the wood and a non-working door because of it. Gary took a piece of the wood from another location on the box, in order to match it with the overall look, and repaired it and the hinges. It works and looks much better now than it ever has. Gary is an expert craftsman - I do not use the description lightly. Gary is a true craftsman who cares tremendously about his work - regardless of size and detail - and his customers. There are not many true craftsman around! I look forward to using Gary again in the future. I have no reservations in highly recommending him.- E E.

AI ordered an Acrylic turntable cover for my new audiophile turntable - Dr. Feickert Woodpecker with Origin Live illustrious tone arm. I got the "floating cover", which sits on the top of the turntable plinth via 4 seating blocks. This cover is a beautiful work of art, literally could be used in an art museum display. it is very sturdy and extremely well finished. The pricing was very, very reasonable and I have never seen better or more secure packaging. Shipping was received as was promised and in a timely fashion. APERFECT. The team was so fast and helpful. There was no damage to any of our items including the car they moved. Nothing was left behind and we were able to do a FaceTime walk through once they packed up our apartment. This is the second time we've moved with them and we could not recommend them more. DFirst time writing a review and used this company without incident for 2 years. However, first time I had a problem with a 2 year old unit they sent a tech out 3 times in a week without diagnosing or repairing the issue (in late June). Finally, the 4th tech diagnosed the problem - possibly a broken condenstion coil - and told me it would be 7-10 days before the part could be replaced. . . So 4 weeks without AC working for more than a day or two per week. Then the company refused to send out a field manager to assess the unit until another tech came out to "service" the unit. The management proceeded to terminate my service agreement after numerous heated phone calls - where admittedly I wasnt always polite because they kept telling me they wouldn't send anyone out until I had the cleaning. TLDR: Good company when things are going fine but if you have an issue dont expect any help.
