    The repair man that came to my home stated that the drain hose was clogged and that he didn't do that type of work. He stated that a plumber would be the one to repair the hose. I called a few plumbers in the area and they said that the appliance repair man should be able to handle that type of job. I called the company after the repair man left about the issue and was told that the company could repair the drain hose on my dishwasher and they would have the repair man call me back. After several hours and phone calls the repair man called back and again stated that he would not repair the drain hose. I have basically wasted $50.00 and my entire day on a simple repair that still isn't done.

    First the owner, Mike Andrews, came to our home at our request to provide a cost estimate. From the get-go Mike's concern was our needs and wants. He asked detailed questions and inspected our current system both inside and out as well as crawled underneath the house to view the ducting. I explained to him I have Multiple Sclerosis that has caused me to have an intolerance to heat and humidity, in fact my vision goes blurry when I get too heated, so I wanted the dehumidifier included. After he prepared his estimates, Mike came back to our house and presented them, giving us a choice of 5 different systems! (The 2 other companies I contacted only gave us 3) He explained all the features of each system including rebates available and energy saving percentages. We knew from the first meeting with Mike that we were going to go with his company because of his attention to details and knowledge, it was just a matter of which system we could afford. Because of an instant rebate and a discount for paying cash in full we were able to get the best system! His estimates were not the least expensive, but they included work the other companies wouldn't do, as I say "we got the most bang for our buck"!

    His workers arrived as scheduled to begin tearing out our old system and installing the new. They were unable to complete the installation as scheduled because the weather was uncooperative! Due to several days of torrential downpours, the ground became so saturated that it couldn't absorb any more and flooded our crawl space. Mike provided us with window air conditioning units so we could keep cool in the interim. We all were in agreement to delay the completion until the crawl space was relatively dry. Mike was the consummate professional throughout the delay and final installation. He was always concerned about our comfort and how we felt about the delay. We wanted the job to get done right without the possibility of mildew in the ductwork and knew patience was the key. Besides, none of us could control the weather from a tropical storm system! 

    Once the day arrived to complete the install, Mike was there making sure every detail was completed, working late into the night with our permission. He returned the next business day to do a thorough inspection with my husband accompanying him. He also explained the whole system and how to program the thermostat. 

    I am amazed with the new system we chose. It is a complete climate control, whisper-quiet operating system. Now i can feel like I am in the arctic when it is 90 degrees with 100% humidity outside! I can work about my home without over-heating! It is truly an amazing system and I can't thank Mike enough for listening to our needs and delivering us such a great solution!

    Serviceman was prompt, polite and knowledgeable.  We had the option of paying for the repair on the refrigerator or purchasing a warranty that would cover any other problems (as well as the present one) for a one year period. Purchased warranty and spent about the same amount of money. Very pleased.

    I filled out a form on the website on Wednesday needing a price quote on my refrigerator/freezer that is not cooling/freezing. No response. I then sent them a text. No response. This morning my husband calls and they have to call back. It took them about 30-45 minutes to call back. Someone called me back finally to apologize for not getting in touch with me earlier (apparently their website and text doesn't work). Finally my husband talks to the tech and it will be SATURDAY before they can get out here! Today is Thursday! AND they never gave a price estimate on the issue. All they said was it would cost $60 just to come out. Very bad customer service. Horrible response time considering they are supposed to be taking calls 24/7. And then it's going to take them TWO DAYS to get to me??? Really???

    I would say basically he got his money and then RAN.  Apparently he has no intentions to repair the refrigerator nor returning my money.We bought a refrigerator from him  that worked for 30 days and now will not cool nor freeze. Had to throw all  items out !  After numerous attempts to get service  under our 90 day warranty and promises to come repair the refrigerator, it appears I will need to contact another company for repairs if I intend to use the refrigertor at all. I would NEVER use him again and intend for others to know so as not to suffer because of his dishonest practices.

    I had called in another service provider first, and the technician was unable to find the problem. He refunded my money and called Mr. Applicance to come and take a look the next day. Ashok Patel arrived the next day from Mr. Appliance. He called before he came out and was a few minutes early. He got right to work and 45 minutes later he had discovered the problem. It seems that a wire running to a door switch was shorted out. His card says "Expert Applicance Repair" and I would have to agree. He knew exactly what he was doing, and systematically tested all the functions of the range until he discovered and fixed the problem. Once he fixed the problem, he tested all the functionality of the range to ensure it worked properly. I am very, very happy with the service and will call again.

    Oustanding job and service. Called around 10:00am and had a repairman at the house by 4:30 the same day. Diagnosed problem within minutes of arrival and service call was reasonavle at around $70.00. Ordered parts which he could have installed within two days if my schedule alllowed. showed up on time for repair after calling first and was very knowlegeable and proficent at his job. Loads of free advice given on the repair and was very pleasant to talk with. Great experience and I will use again. These gentleman also do home heating and air and I would not hesitate to call them for that work also. AAA++++

    HIS HONESTY IS EXTREMELY APPRECIATED. HE GAVE ME SOME GREAT ADVICE AND RECOMMENDATIONS. HE WAS LATE, BUT CALLED TO LET ME KNOW BEFOREHAND AND GAVE ME A DISCOUNT OFF THE QUOTED PRICE OF $65. I WAS PARTICULARLY IMPRESSED WITH THE NO HIDDEN FEES PRICING. HIS PROFESSIONALISM WAS EXCELLENT.

    THE TECHNICIAN WAS HERE TODAY. HE WAS EVEN EARLY. ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS HE SAID WAS ABOUT THE PRICE. HE SAID $109.99 PER MACHINE JUST TO LOOK AT IT. IF HE FOUND ANYTHING WRONG I WOULD THEN OWE LABOR, PLUS PARTS PER MACHINE. HE SAID THAT WHAT I WAS QUOTED OVER THE PHONE WAS A "PM SPECIAL" DISCOUNTED "TRIP CHARGE." I CHECKED BACK WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER. THEY REITERATED WHAT THE TECHNICIAN TOLD ME. I CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT AND SENT HIM BACK. I DID NOT PAY ANYTHING AND BETTER NOT BE EXPECTED TO.
