    If a 0 star was possible this company has more than earned it. Jamestown is known for honest, Southern hospitality. Anyone who has had the pleasure of living here knows that. Unfortunately, this company takes advantage of the good-hearted people of Jamestown, North Carolina. Far too many victims of Joe Colby, the owner of this sad excuse of a business go day by day driving vehicles in ghastly condition unknowingly. The numbers of lives lost to this company are unknown. It is time that this business be exposed for what they are. That is a lying, conniving, manipulative business involving unlicensed mechanics with little no experience working on vehicles professionally. I warn anyone reading this with every fiber of my being to stay far away from this business because your life depends on it. My vehicle parts were black and burned as soon as one week after their ���mechanic��� youtubed how to do the work on my vehicle. If I hadn���t taken it to a more reliable mechanic sooner, I may not be here to send out this forewarning. I thank God daily that I was spared and that my mechanic was able to correct the cables they left disconnected, put the parts back on that prevent fires, that they literally left off of the vehicle, and also he corrected the metal on metal friction my car was experiencing by their hands. By the grace of God I was spared, but everyone may not be so lucky. Don���t be in the next vehicle fire. Beware

    In the world of Auto Mechanics, honesty is typically not part of the job description. Tim Small is an exception. He has taken care of my cars for years. Tim and his staff do an excellent job, charge a fair rate, and will be straight forward with you. Apparently this reputation has gotten out to the public. He may not get your car out as fast as other places, but that is because so many people trust Tim. I certainly do.

    My son stranded our vehicle in Greenville while visiting his girlfriend at ECU. UAC diagnosed the leaking radiator and fixed it within about 24 hours at a very fair price. I also had them perform an oil change and NC inspection. Great communication. Highly recommended!

    Very nice people. Mentioned it would take an hour to diagnose the problem, but found it in half the time which was great. Price for both the diagnosis and repair was reasonable. Been looking for a reliable mechanic for a long time and it looks like I found it. Thanks once again guys for your hard work.

    They are good. There was no problem with the car. I just had to take it in for the 10,000 mile service. You just have to take it in for what ever they do to it, oil change or whatever they do to it at 10,000 miles. They are very nice people. They get the service done in a matter of hours and give me a car to drive. They are very responsive and right on it when I call for service.

    I have been using Derek to service my Nissan Maxima for seven years. During that time he
    performed all regular maintenance and other service work (except tires). Replaced two pumps,
    front and rear suspension, brake pads, etc. His garage has always done an excellent job.

    This is not really a positive or a negative review or their work, but rather an alert for people who might want to take their auto there for service: they do not work on repairs that would be covered under extended warranty. So check before you drive there (as I failed to do). The and quot;Cand quot; rating above was selected because there is no and quot;NO RATINGand quot; choice to select. I selected and quot;FAIRand quot; because even my local garage mechanic has been willing to work with Fidelity Warranty Services.

    When I arrived I was greeted by a professional.  I described to them the problem and left the vehicle with them.  About 2 hours later they called me with the problems and the quote to fix it.  2 hours later they called and told me they had finished it.  When I picked up my car they asked if I had any questions.  The car was like driving a brand new one after they were done.  They called the next day to follow up.  Very professional and courteous.  Will certainly take my car back there.

    they actually kept our car for over a week and said the tranny needed to be, they rebuilt the tranny....allegidely.  did some work to the front drive train.all was covered under the extended warranty that I originally purchased from Ford....well, I purchased the car in Cleveland, OH and the warranty was covered by a 3rd party company.I found this out only after going around and round with the service advisor when they kept telling me that my car wasn't covered under any warranty. I finally called the dealer in cleveland and they gave me the low down that most if not all extended warranties are covered under  a 3rd party company. don't we think a SERVICE ADVISOR SHOULD KNOW THIS ??'when I called to find out the progress on the car they told me that the engine had a slight miss at one time. they told me it was cyl #3 and I told them that I would take care of that myself rather than paying an obnoxious amount they quoted me. 8 days later, my wife picks up the car and it's still doing the same thing... I called them to find out where exactly cylinder #3 is (I figured if anyone would would be an ASE certified tech) after they gave me the wrong cylinder number..and pulling the wrong plug and wire...I then figured it out and replaced the plug and wires on all cylinders. this fixed the problem of the transmission holding onto 1st gear too long.

    so my transmission was rebuilt for no reason and the service advisors just don't care.
    I bought my next car from Crescent Ford (2011 Mustang GT)

    now that I'm on my 3rd radiator in the Exploder.... I will not take it to Green Ford..they just quoted me $800-$1000 to just replace my radiator....and they wouldn't even give me a part number for the radiator to see if they are replacing it with the re-designed radiator. my lexus and Audi's that I bought before were cheaper than the last 2 fords I no excuse on "paying more for service"
    this is also the last time I buy an American made car....the service in most of the dealerships is just plain terrible no matter where you go.

    When I arrived at about 10:05 he was ready to perform this service.
    After about 45 minutes he took me into the shop and physically showed me what repairs had to be done. He also gave me a printed, itemized estimate of the repairs recommended, along with the prices of each item. There was no charge for this service.
    I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the shop, the friendly attitude, and the willingness to physically show me where the recommended repairs were.
    I intend to return to Rice Toyota and have the services performed.
