    Big Reds Bed & Biscuit
Stopped by Big Reds today about 2:30 PM to inquire about boarding my dog when I travel. Door was locked, lights were off but someone came to the door because she thought I was a delivery, she said. They were shut down for cleanup she said then asked if I was there for business. I said yes, she then gave me a brochure and closed the door. That was it. I didn't get to ask questions or see the facility. As convenient as Red's would be for me, I'll go elsewhere because of how rudely I was treated.

    Joel's Professional Services
Great. Joel really knows and understands dogs. Joel was able to provide to me the advice and structure needed to train my dog to become a well behaved and obedient member of my family. Joel's expertise is evident and his instruction proved incredibly valuable.

    Indian Trail Animal Hospital
I've been taking my dogs to Indian Trail Animal Hospital for around 5 years. We saw Dr. Tabony, and everything was great until one of my dogs was put on Clomicalm in October 2016. Either the manufacturer is very inconsistent, or the staff was not submitting my order at the time that I placed it. When an order is placed it can take 2 days to 2 weeks to get here, so I never know when to order it for it to be here on time. Multiple staff members have assured me they will keep a bottle in stock to avoid that issue. Since October it has been in stock one time because a former employee, Sam, who was a vet tech saw it through for me even though it was not her job. She was the only person there that cared about her patients and her job. She even personally brought me his medication. She was the heart and soul of the office. Since she's been gone it's gone down hill fast. Every time I place a refill I have to call the vet multiple times. They never have it in stock as promised, and most of the time they don't even place the order the first time I call. I even pay upfront 99% of the time. I placed an order for both my dogs meds on Monday. 2 hrs later I got a text that Lucy's was ready. 3 days later I did not have a text that Grits medicine was ready. I called and spoke to the same employee, Kim, who took the order. She said she did not know if it was there. I explained the situation again, and voiced my disappointment for what felt like the millionth time. I also asked her to cancel an upcoming appointment for Grits because I am switching vets. When I asked her to cancel the appointment she hung up on me. That was the final straw. When we first started going to Indian Trail everything was great. The lack of professionalism has gotten ridiculous. If they can't be bothered stock a prescription when they keep promising it I don't think I can trust them in a life and death situation. I've gone through this for 9 months, and nothing has changed despite all the empty promises. Indian Trail has lost two patients because of it. Maybe they've grown too fast and can't keep up. Maybe they just don't care. Either way, my dogs will not be going back. When I emailed Dr. Tabony about the issues and let her know we'd be leaving she defended the unprofessional staff members, and made no apologies. I also found out they they are price gouging. They charge me $80 for one of my dogs medications. I looked online last night and can get it for $58 on Allivet and $56 on PetCareRx. I didn't do my research, and it came back to bite me. Make sure you price check before you buy anything from them. Their entire practice has become completely unprofessional. Please do not take your pets there.

AAA Pet Services Hospital & Mobile Vet Clinic
I was referred to a veterinarian in Charlotte about a year ago and was so disappointed in his lack of care for my dogs and his office never retuning my calls or the rough way he handled my dogs or hurt them that I finally went to a caring vet but not before leaving him a bad review. You will be floored by the e- mail and the text that I received from him: Jeane: After your review I have decided to send you all your files and you can find another vet. If you were not happy then you could just have found another vet or voiced your concerns to me to see if we could remedy. Instead you just jump to writing a review online like a coward. We worked you in that day since you waited until the last minute , and unfortunately made a mistake in scheduling, (and good luck in finding vet that is available 24/7). Our machine clearly says we are closed on Tuesday, and if it was that important you should have called back on wednesday when we are open, or signed up for our wellness plans that give your VIP access. If cutting nails is so easy you can try it, and not too mention we have to muzzle your dog too. Maybe you should find another boarding facility if your dogs continue to get kennel cough even with 6 month vaccinations. Good luck finding another vet to just call in Rx anytime you want it... Best of Luck. Then there was the TEXT that followed: see photo below

    Pack Pet Resort
Pack Pet Resort is AMAZING! We took a tour and fell in love with the outdoor play areas, the indoor play areas, the well trained, friendly staff and the atmosphere. We felt like family from the moment we stepped in the door. Jessi did an excellent job and was patient with him. Buddy looked amazing and smelt even better! We will definitely be back for all our pet needs!

    Love and Kisses Pet Sitting
I felt confident that my dogs were in good hands and super well taken care of. They are like my children and it's hard to leave them but special instructions were left and followed.

It's great to be able to go away and know that my girls were being taken care of by loving, caring pet sitters. I've used Love & Kisses in the past and I would use them again in the future.

    Harmony Dogs
It is always great. Jim is very knowledgeable  and works well with the individual personalities of the dogs. Pick up and drop off times are flexible, reasonable and convenient. Our dog loves going and we are happy it really is a home feel and not a kennel. She has learned a lot about being in a crate and about general good behavior. Jim does agility training with his dog and he includes our dog in some of those sessions. She loves it. In general we are very pleased with this service. We not only use it for overnight stays but times when we are gone for an entire day.

We highly recommend Jim and this service.

    Love and Kisses Pet Sitting
The owner Maureen was wonderful from the first moment I called her.  She gave me very detailed information on the services that they provide.  She came to our home along with the sitter (Tricia) who was going to be watching my dog.  You could tell from the moment they arrived that they are animal lovers.  They made me feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care.  During your visit they set up times when they will be by to visit and play with your pet.  They bring in the mail, water the plants, turn lights on and off as to make it appear if you are home.  This are just the little extras I liked.  While Tricia was there, she sent me pictures of my baby showing me that she was doing well.  While it is an extra cost and a little bit more than boarding, I would definelty suggest you try this provider especially if you are not a fan of boarding kennels as I am.  While I have nothing against kennels I simply prefer one on one attention for my pet.  They will be my go to anytime we leave town going forward.

    Tiffany's Pet Salon
We just moved to the area, and were looking for someone to groom my shitzu.  I called this morning and they were able to get me in the same day.  Their mini groom package was what we decided to go with as I did not want to cut much of her hair and simply wanted her face, paws and nails trimmed.  They did not try to over sell me and are priced very well.  I will definitely start using them as my preferred groomer.
