Couldn't be more pleased. Price was right and the work excellent; professional & very responsive to inquiries and in giving updates on progress. Contractors were on time for appointments, courteous, kind, & cleaned up well. In the process of getting a quote to remodel my Master bathroom now!

Perfect. Kevin came out to look over the project, provided a detail estimate. When I hired him, he responded quickly with at date & time he would at my home to do the repairs. He was professional, arrived on time & for me communication is key. I highly recommend Kevin for any home repairs. I will be hiring him again.

    Handyman At Hand
It took over 20 days for the work to be completed which included a no show appointment and being called the night before to reschedule due to last minute "scheduling conflicts." The work was very simple & it could have been completed within the six hours or two men for 3 hours but took 2 men all day. Also, I sent pictures of the job and the repairs were described in emails as well as discussed over the phone...it should have been crystal clear for a handyman what supplies would be needed in advance. Yet there was a need for a run to either Lowes or Home Depot and BOTH men needed to go. Lastly, trash (I.e. empty water bottle) left in flower bed & on driveway.

    J&J Woodworking LLC
The team was on time, super courteous and did the job exactly as described. The took extra time to make sure the floor repair was done correctly, even though this required extra time due to extra work needing to be done.

    Four Oaks Builders, LLC
Our new addition and significant remodel has been completed and we could not be more pleased or satisfied. To say that it is spectacular, awesome or simply beautiful would be an understatement. Working with Andy Suttle, the owner of Four Oaks Builder, was truly a blessing. We are relatively new to the area, and certainly had never before tackled a project of this scale. Unfamiliar with the quality of work and/or reputation of any local contractors, we sought the advice of friends. Fortunately, our neighbors recommended Andy and Four Oaks Builders.
Due to some health issues and other somewhat sudden life changes of an elderly, out of State parent, we needed additional first floor space so we could accommodate them relocating and living within our home. The scope of the work was rather overwhelming to us. A half bath had to be not only expanded and converted to a full bath, it also had to be handicap accessible. Our current family room had to be expanded, with closets added and made into a downstairs full bedroom. A new family room had to be constructed to replace the current family room. Wow! Where to begin? We would require footers, foundations, framing, siding, roofing, drywall, flooring, electrical, plumbing...the list just kept growing. Added to that was the need to complete all of the work with some expediency.
From the moment Mr. Suttle first arrived at our home to discuss our plans and needs, we knew we had made the correct choice for our contractor. The Four Oaks Builders web page notes their extensive knowledge, expert solutions and ethical practices. Indeed these are all true, but we would add words like compassion and heart. Andy listened to us, answered our questions, made suggestions and presented us with a drawing and quote in short order. He thought of all the little details which we never had considered. Making sure such things as matching foundation brick, siding, roof, and windows were available for our 15 year old home. As soon as the plans were finalized and the quote accepted, Andy began assisting us with the preparation of the required HOA approval forms and documents. He truly embraced our situation as if it were his own...as if the new space was being prepared for his own parent. Never compromising quality, but mindful of a certain urgency. We appreciated not only his knowledge, expertise, solutions and ethics, but equally his sincere care.
Our project was always moving forward. There were no lapses in the work. We were always kept informed and had daily contact with Andy. While we were not his only project during the work, we were always treated as if we were. The process was well organized, thorough, detailed and meticulous. The few minor glitches that popped up along the way were just that, remarkably few and minor considering the extensive amount of work and necessary coordination of so many individuals and processes.
Ultimately the entire project was completed on time and we are thrilled with the final product. Not only is the quality of work excellent, but the flow of the house as well. Friends, family and other guests have noted that the addition and renovations look and feel as if they were part of the original structure and design. If we require this type of work in the future, we'll only be making one call...Four Oaks Builders.

    Albritton Custom Carpentry LLC
Bill has been wonderful from the start.  We brought out 5 different companies/individuals to provide estimates for the bookcases, and the estimate that Bill provided was the second lowest that we received.  He also gave us the option of helping him out, in order to take off a little cost as well.  He and my husband spent five days constructing and installing the bookcases, to the exact specifications that I requested.  Bill also helped us determine the proper paint for the pieces (we decided to get the bookcases unfinished, and do the the painting and finishing work ourselves), as well as showing us how to use many of the tools of the trade in order to cut crown molding, etc.
We couldn't be happier with Bill's personality and professionalism, or how the bookcases turned out.  They looked absolutely lovely and are a wonderful addition to our living room.  Bill has also been great in recommending other individuals to help out with painting and refinishing needs that we have.  We have also already talked to him about doing a few other built-in additions to our home, including a breakfast bench, display cases for our bonus room, and some minor exterior porch work.  We look forward to working with Bill on many other projects in the future.  And, as a side note, he is wonderful with animals - which was great with our two cats who got a lot of love and affection while he was there.

Results were great. Can't find a harder worker. Punctuality is an issue. Deal with it up front and you shouldn't have a problem. Michael is a very gifted carpenter and he can do most anything that pops up you want done. He also repaired cracks in drywall after I had foundation work done. Not the easy way, no tape, he replaced sections, sanded and painted. It looks great.

    RANDY'S REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE
We simply gave him and list and he went one by one and completed them all. He not only did the carpentry, he completed the plumbing issues. We have yet to find something he can "not" do. He made our lives easier!

THE FREEZER WAS FULL FOR THANKSGIVING, VISITORS WERE DUE IN FROM CALIFORNIA, AND THE REFRIGERATOR WAS SITTING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR. THE WORKMEN DID A GREAT JOB, DID NOT LEAVE A SPECK OF DUST OR DIRT AND EVEN REMOVED SHOES AT THE FRONT DOOR.
