    Apex Auto Body Specialists
Perfect. I was very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work. I was treated professionally, with respect, and the work was done for a fair price. The final price was actually a bit lower than the quote! I will definitely go back to this business if I needed other auto body repairs and I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs auto body work done.

    Triangle Collision
TJ at Triangle Collision was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process.  He explained to me exactly what to expect and kept in contact.  It was the easiest experience I have ever had with a collision service shop.  I received my car back on time and it looked brand new.  They even had a partnership with the rental car company so all I had to do was leave my rental car at the repair shop.  I will be using them if I need repairs in the future.

    TOXIC CUSTOMS
I bought a used chin spoiler for my m109r that had been painted and was scratched up. I took it to Toxic Customs with the intent on getting an estimate to get rid of the rash and repainting.  Mike, the owner, and i talked and he informed me that because Suzuki only gave the color codes to colorite they are the only place to get the paint from. He also informed me that because they weren't local it would be more effective to buy more paint than actually needed.  He said depending on whether or not the paint was tristate or not he'd estimate the cost to be up to $425.  I informed him that I could get paint codes for PPG and he said that would save close to $100 off top, but I would to know that the paint might not be 100% match.
When I brought the bike back so i could leave my cowl for color matching Mike looked over my bike for 2 minutes and instantly seem to know something needed to be done.  I told him that was contemplating repainting the bike or doing some custom paint.  Now my bike's paint was still beautiful, but after an hour in the sun it would have a slightly dull appearance.  He said it looks like the integrity of the clear coat was fading and explained that it was either due to washing with dish liquid or washing too frequently.  I told him that the PO informed me that they had always washed it with dish liquid (thanks) and that I wash it pretty frequently based on how often i ride or how long it's left in the garage.  He then suggested that I let his tech do something (pretty sure he just said polish) to the rear cowl to see if that would restore the luster alone and that he'd only charge $30 and if it worked we could talk about it going forward.  He did caution me that if the polishing worked, the cowl would likely appear noticeably different from the rest of the bike (minus the chin)
Well the spoiler's been painted and the cowl's been polished.  Both look great and I will definitely being going back to have the rest of my bike polished.  The $450 and one full day of downtime he quoted me is a lot better than what I had in my head for repainting.

    Dent Dominator
I called Ken and set up an appointment for this past Friday after lunch time. He agreed to meet me in downtown Raleigh where I work in one of the nearby parking lots. He said it would take about 40 minutes to get out the dents, but it was more like 20 minutes later I got a call saying he was done. Sure enough, the dents were gone just as he promised.
The price didn't change from the quote and he found a smaller less noticeable dent in the same location that he also took out for no charge since he was already working in that spot. Good price, great work, and will definitely use on my other car.
Explanation for the photos attached - one is a before and the other is the after. The thing you have to keep in mind with paintless dent removal is that well, it's paintless and they simply manipulate the metal back to where it should be. However, if the metal gets stretched or bent too far, there is a limit to what can be done. In my instance, I had a fairly large rock thrown at my car which removed part of the paint on impact. The dents are gone as they should be expected, but the scratches you see are from the spots I need to use touch up paint. Ken offered to even apply the paint himself, but I didn't have any on hand.

    Tilley Brothers Body Shop Inc
A motorcycle hit me while stopped, breaking the right rear tail light, and causing some other minor damage. Tilley's compared the cost of replacing the quarter panel with repairing it, various amounts and places of painting, and came up with the lowest cost solution they could. A few weeks later I took my truck in and they repaired it -- it looks like new. They did come in a little over their estimate, but this is pretty common in this line of work -- it's always hard to tell precisely how much paint and time a job is going to take.
    Overall, very satisfied.

    Haddock Collision Center Fuquay-Varina
They did a superb job of repairing a truck. It was a recommended company from my insurance company. I was not charged anything for it because the guy who hit my car paid through his insurance. His insurance company gave me a list of collision experts and Haddock Auto Body was in the list so I opted to use them again because I had a good experience with them earlier. I had used them a number of years ago when a deer ran out in front of me. I would use them again if ever I had a wreck.

    DENT & HAIL SPECIALISTS
Paul did a great job removing dents from the side of the car and was great to deal with. I had accidentally backed into the side of a friend's car and caused some dents and a large transfer of paint. I was interested in paintless dent removal (my first experience with it) and gave it a try. It's pretty amazing how he was able to work out the damage and make the car look like I had never backed into it! His website has lots of good photos of his work. If I had gone to a traditional body shop, I'm certain that they would have had to replace the door shell and repaint, at a much higher cost.
