Bodywork Connections has fantastic, caring Massage Therapists and I've been a client there for 3+ years.  Sara Toogood sets the bar for other massage therapists in my opinion, she's truly exceptional in her craft.  I suffer from chronic migraines and Sara is magnificent at helping relieve stress and address problem areas in my neck and shoulders that can be a trigger for my migraines.  She's attentive to my problem areas and I always feel the difference when I've gone to her.  I've joined their monthly program and regularly get in to see her every 4 weeks - what a difference it has made!  I now have my husband going monthly to Sara for general stress relief massage as well!  We're hooked!  I also want to mention that occasionally I've also seen Kate Launer and she's exceptional too!  Great business and amazing Massage Therapists!  You'll never want to go to a massage-in-a-box shop like Massage Envy again after going here!

Dr. Randall Adamson, Holly Springs Chiropractic
They're friendly and give high quality service. I've been using them for about ten years. The staff is very friendly. They're very accommodating. It's easy to make appointments there. When you're hurting, that makes it really nice.

    Sunset Ridge Chiropractic
Went to this practice for a couple of years. Chiropractic care was competent and fine. My challenges were more with how they ran their practice and how they communicated with their patients. Dr Tom and Wendy are very EXTREMELY focused on money and growing their business - which i don't hold against them, but it was so obvious and seemed to compromise how they ran their practice. They seem to skimp on things that would make the patient experience better with little regard to the patient and more to their own income. Dr Tom often talked about finding ways to make more money and it felt like talking with a salesman looking for his next lead. I was a patient when they went through the transition to 'pay as you go' to the model of a flat rate on a monthly basis. In general, the flat rate monthly worked fine and as they hyped it to be, but suddenly their hours were reduced (only open 20 hours a week as it was, and then they started to close the practice more often then before. Sick kid? Closed. Snow day? closed. Dr appt? Closed. It definitely seemed as though once they had the guaranteed income of monthly payments, they were less likely to be open during the limited hours they scheduled for themselves. Availability for working people was already tough - when they would open at 9:00 or close during the lunch hour and then early in the afternoon - it was tough for a working person. There were several times I would arrive at the office and there was a sign on the door that they were closed that day - frustrating to see after driving out to their office. Other times - there would be no sign - the office was just closed. Extremely frustrating.
Husband and wife are both chiropractors, but only the husband works in the practice. Wife often covers for other chiropractors across the state to provide backup care. However, when her husband is unable to be there - rather then her filling in - they close the practice.
Be careful, they don't like messing with insurance or taking your payment each time - too much time and trouble.
And don't both offering input in how they can improve. There is NO interest in feedback unless it is praise - so trying to help them understand the impact of their hours or challenges with working with not only were met with deaf ears, but often with an argument.

    Anderson Chiropractic Center
I have been going for about a month now. He was recommended to me from a friend. He has a convenient location and is close to where I live. He has a lot of energy and I really like him and his entire staff. Scheduling is really easy and they are very easy to work with. I feel like I am going to a mini spa. It has been a very positive experience so far.

    Triangle Acupuncture Clinic LLC
The quaint office felt peaceful and relaxing. It seemed like stress did not live there. Tea was offered while I waited for my appointment. Typically I never waited more than 10 minutes. Before the treatment I was asked many questions in order to receive the most effective and accurate treatment. Everything was clearly explained to me and I felt at ease. I was totally relaxed and refreshed after each treatment. I went for about 5 treatments. I honestly don't know if my body responded to acupuncture, but it was worth my effort and the office made it an enjoyable experience. If I decide to ever try acupuncture again, I will definitely return to this office.

    The Healing Touch
Scheduling was simple I called and left a message and Maureen called right back. She booked an appointment for the next day. I arrived a few minutes early for paperwork and Maureen took me to the treatment room where she asked me a series of questions. Once she left the room, I got on the table. She reentered the room and was very relaxing and positive with her touch, all the way to checkout.

I've been using cary massage for almost two years exclusively and would be hard pressed to change. Their therapists are top notch and are excellent at identifying my pain points and fixing during the session.

    The Learning Experience
We recently moved from North Raleigh (Briar Creek area) to Holly Springs and researched all of the local Day Care providers.  We have two little girls - a 4 1/2 yr. old and an 18 month old - and chose The Learning Experience in Holly Springs.  The price was very reasonable and an excellent value when compared to other local providers.  Compared to other schools in North Raleigh such as Kiddie Academy or The Goddard School they were a steal!
They are a 5 star center that offers great care for your little ones.  Obviously this is a very personal decision but we heartily endorse The Learning Experience in Holly Springs.  John and the staff all run a top notch day care center.  All of the instructors are great and the care is phenomenal.  Luann, who is the Center Director istrator is there with a smile and greetings every day.  Our girls love their instructors and they are actively engaged and learning daily.  You can address any concerns or issues very openly with any of the staff as they all take an active approach in making sure your children are happy, safe and comfortable.
This is our 3rd center in Raleigh and we have found a 'daycare home' for our girls.

    Physicians For Women
Katie was really calming and had a really great bedside manner. I could tell she really cared about her patients. I would recommend her to anybody who is looking for a midwife. She really listens and responds to what I tell her; she is willing to take as much time as I need. She only worked a couple of days a week but was pretty good about time, compared to some others there. The nurses were great.

My experience with Hands on Health overall has been excellent. I've been seeing Steve for about a year now on a weekly basis; as I said above I'm a runner and also strength train so I have muscle issues all the time. We also have a 9 month old son who we are always picking up and carrying-my wife loves his work as well.
