    All In Movers
It went perfectly. I called Jonathan for a quote 2 days before I arrived. I explained that it was a small job and that I got his info from Angie's List. He said the small job was no problem at all and he gave me an Angie's List discount. The best part of the experience was his communication. Jonathan and I spoke 3 times prior to the move, just to make sure all details were in place. Jonathan and his guys are very personable and friendly. I have another move in a few weeks. Will definitely call Jonathan again.

Team was great, on time, professional, and worked hard. Waited patiently while we waited for keys to the new house. Picked them over Two Men and a Truck because they were more reasonable regarding pricing and customer satisfaction.

    Tri-City Movers
They came a day early but that was OK because the weather dictated it was a better day to move. The head guy (sorry, forgot your name) was excellent. He was very organized and got everything in one truck. He had helpful suggestions as well. The delivery went fairly well even with my difficult driveway. Only complaint was some parts were left off two of the beds and hidden underneath so I had to pull the whole mattress and box spring off to assemble correctly. Also my stepladder was put on the top shelf of the storage shed and I still havent figured out how to get it down yet as I need a ladder to reach it. Other than that I would highly recommend this mover.

We were disappointed that some things were squished by heavier boxes being loaded on top of them. we never received our rugs that were suposedly loaded last. The movers scraped up some walls upon moving in to new house.

The entire process, from scheduling to me having to change our schedule to the actual move was made incredibly easy by everyone there. Brandon and his team were stellar in their work. Processional, courteous, extremely hard working, and caring about the quality of work, I simply could not ask for a better moving experience. I'd certainly hire again and strongly recommend anyone hire them as well.

incredible move- far and away the best movers you are ever going to find. nothing damaged. not a wall nicked. left behind nothing but the furniture they moved- seriously like elves had come during the night. nice bunch of guys, who all communicate well. really, you would be silly to hire anyone else. trust me, we've moved several times and it's amazing how much better these guys are than everyone else.

    Two Men And A Truck
Sixteen years ago when I moved into my house, I was very impressed with this company. One year ago when I recommended them to a friend, I was not quite as impressed. I was there helping during the move, so I know how it went. But due to having different guys, different owners, etc. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Regarding my recent experience: The person answering the telephone at their office got some information wrong, including the address of the new house and my email address so I never got the estimate until I called back to make a change on the moving information. And she still did not correct the move TO address. The movers were polite and easy to work with; however, they were either somewhat inexperienced or unwilling to listen to my suggestions regarding an easier way to remove my furniture. I explained to them that the previous time the movers brought things in through my back door, which only has two steps and the door opens wide, back on itself to make it easier to get large items through the door; I even opened the door to show them. I let them know they could park their truck on my large flat driveway, which is in the back of the house as I am on a corner lot. However, they ignored my words and chose to leave their truck on the street in front of my house and take things out the front door. It was much more difficult because the front door only opens 90 degrees since it's next to a wall, there are six steps to go down, and I have a storm door, which does not open quite 90 degrees. Several large items barely went through the door and they had difficulty with things hanging and getting caught on the door frame. I was afraid they would damage my storm door and they did cause some minor damage to my furniture like scrapes and scratches. And one leg on my sofa was completely ripped off, thankfully I was able to fix it myself. Then when they were ready to get my riding mower, piano, washer, and dryer, they did bring the truck around to the back and I could hear things falling that had not been secured. I was concerned for the men as well as my mower because the truck did not have a hydraulic lift to raise the heavy things up to the truck bed, the four men lifted my mower and it was all they could do to get it up into that truck. I was expecting a hydraulic lift since there was one on the truck when my friend used them last year...and I do not understand why they did not send a truck with one on it, especially since I told them about the heavy items that I would be moving....they just sent four men instead of two. They also pushed my piano up a ramp at a very steep angle and that was very difficult for them to do as well. Those men worked VERY hard, but they needed better equipment to do their job better, easier and to ensure better care of the customers' belongings. I bought them lunch and gave them a tip, which is included in the approximate cost I have listed. I must also say that they did not charge me for the fourth man. I cannot recommend this company, but I am sure there are worse movers out there.

    Tri-City Movers
They were great from start to finish.
Kelvin, who booked the job, was courteous and efficient as asked helpful questions about size and types of furniture.
The crew on "day of" was a pleasure to work with. John, John, and Hector were prompt, cheerful, friendly and efficient. The never stopped moving, hustling our stuff on and then off the truck as if they were choreographed. They even helped my stepdaughter put some pieces in better placement than she had planned.
We would use these guys again in a heartbeat.
