Top notch work, in fact I waited 2 months to write this review because I wanted to wait and see how things went over time. Our issues are gone. Would recommend these guys to anyone in need of any waterproofing, inside or out!

    B-Dry Waterproofing and Foundation Repair
I chose to use their services after having gotten a quote from another company, and they gave me an opposite experience of the one I'd had with the first company (which was not good).
First of all, they were very responsive. They contacted me immediately to set up an appointment. The service tech came exactly on time. He was totally professional and courteous.
He crawled around under the house, inspected the cracks we were seeing on the drywall inside, and asked a bunch of questions about what we were experiencing. He took pictures of any issues in the crawl space to show me at the consultation, and he drew an accurate diagram of the crawl space, house, and the cracks in the foundation. (The previous company had mis-measured my house by 400 square feet!)
He spent over two hours with me, explaining many different options and letting me know what he would do were he in my situation. He didn't seem the LEAST bit like a salesman, like he was only interested in selling me a product. He genuinely seemed like he wanted to be sure I wound up with the best option for our home, and not the most expensive option. (He mentioned to me that his company gets most of their work through referrals and word-of-mouth and that they'd rather find the RIGHT solution to make someone happy than sell them something more expensive that they don't need.) The previous company had suggested we do a drainage system with full encapsulation and install eight jacks to support the house, to the tune of $21k. The guy from Be-Dry suggested we try a drainage system first, thinking it might solve our problem by itself and we might not have to do encapsulation or jacks; he figured, since we'd have to do the drainage system before any other option anyway, we might as well see if that solves the problem on its own and we could always pursue those other options down the road if we need to. I really appreciated that.
Also, their warranty is a lifetime warranty, so no matter who owns the house, it's guaranteed as long as the house is standing. The other company's warranty was 10 years, if I remember, and they had lots of ways to wiggle out of it if they didn't want to pay.
This fellow sat with me and explained to me in depth how and why their system works the way it does, and it made me confident that I'd be getting a quality product. Then, when I contacted him with questions over the following day, he responded quickly and thoroughly.
The person who does their scheduling called me within a day or two of my saying I wanted to go with them. Initially, she just let me know the week they'd be likely to do it and that she'd be calling closer to then to give me a specific day. She did so, and the work was scheduled.
The workers arrived one minute before they were scheduled and let me know they were going to work. The foreman-type (the one who did the talking) was, again, very professional and friendly. They seemed to know what they were doing without needing me to answer any questions. Seems like the communication within the company is quite good.
The three men performed the work over two days, and they left my yard pristine. When I mentioned that this seems like really hard work, and I sure wouldn't want to do it myself (digging all day with just 3 feet of clearance??!), the guy cheerfully replied, "Yeah, I guess you really have to like it!" I asked him if he did, and he said, "Oh yeah. It's challenging, and I like the challenge. Plus, it keeps me in shape. I only have to go to the gym once a week." I loved hearing how enthusiastic he is about his job, and it made me feel good about the work he was doing.
It was a great experience overall! I'd highly recommend them. I'm writing this the day the whole thing was installed, so I don't know what the outcome will be long term, but I'm very pleased with my experience to this point.

    Soggy Bottom Waterproofing
Tony was awesome to work with. He came out to do the estimate and crawled my entire crawl space before diagnosing the issue. He then took the time to explain what needed to be done to fix my standing water issue. He was very patient with my questions. He showed up on time to start the job and finished the job before I got home from work. He agreed to come back after I got home from work and crawled around the space again to show me what all had been done. It has been a month and I have no more standing water in my crawl space! Very professional work. I would recommend Soggy Bottom Roofing.

    Soggy Bottom Waterproofing
They began the work on 2/5/14 and finished on 2/7/14 for the exact amount of the estimate.  All of the installers that came worked very hard and were very professional.  They were very meticulous in cleaning up all areas in which they worked. They also explained exactly what they going to do and how they would be doing it.  They were an excellent group and I wouldn't hesitate at all in using them again.

Excellent customer service.  Came over in late afternoon the day that I contacted them.  Provided rough estimate that afternoon.  Started two days after I accepted proposal.  Super professional, both owner and employees.

    Soggy Bottom Waterproofing

They arrived around 8 a.m. and spent the first day digging the trench and installing the perforated pipe.  The second day they put down the heavy gravel in the trenches, installed the pump, then the plastic, and then the fog.  I'm sure there is more to it but I wasn't watching.

.The men who worked on our house were very courteous and cleaned the area when they finished.

    Willard's Waterproofing
Our call to Willard was precipitated by discovering about 4and quot; of standing water in our crawl space in early January 2011. Yuck. Before Willard came, we rented a pump from Home Depot to drain off the standing water.
They installed the french drain, sump pump, outside catch basins, and foundation vents in January 2012. They said it would take 60-90 days for the dirt to dry out, and then they would return to put down plastic over the entire crawl space dirt. When Willare installed the outside catch basins (covered by a small grate), they did not contour the ground around it, so the drains didn't work that well. After we contoured the ground, the little drains worked great.
We had to call them several times to come back and install the plastic on the ground of thee crawl space. They didn't come back until 6 months later. Our crawl space is literally and quot;crawland quot; space. In a couple of places you can perhaps crouch, and in others, you have to slither like a snake on your belly. So, it's a tight space. Willard refused to remove the dirt that was unearthed during installation of the french drain/sump pump, saying they would smooth it out after everything dried out. That means that what was once a tight space is now very cramped. We have to get in the crawl space to access the HVAC to change the filter, and ocassionally a plumber/electrician needs access. So, we are not thrilled by the fact that what little space we had to manoeuver is even smaller now.
The french drain/sump pump system is working well, so we're pleased about that. Overall, a mixed experience.

    Disaster Mitigation & Restoration
The morning after my home was ruined by a tornado I hired Disaster Mitigation and Restoration to rebuild and repair. The first thing they did was walk through the home video taping the damage. Shortly thereafter they began removing the damaged contents and clearing the area for repairs. The salvaged contents of my home went to their climate controlled storage facility. I received a insurance estimate from my adjuster which stated what was covered and what was not going to be repaired under my policy. DMR worked with me to put it all back the right way. If something wasn't covered by insurance they either provided me what I found to be a very cost effective means of handling the issue or fixed it outright without question. I was left with the impression that they truly understood their work and the final product was the best advertising they could do. The most notable situation I recall dealt with a concrete patio that I had them pour. I had not had a patio prior to the tornado but figured I would pay DMR to install one since they were working on the house already. I visited the house after the patio was poured and was somewhat skeptical about the grading of the concrete away from the house. Patios need to direct water away from the house. I had worked in concrete before and though the grading wasn't the best job I accepted it as adequate and didn't mention any complaints to the DMR. A week later I visited the house and discovered a new patio had been poured. When I asked the builder what happened he said "I didn't like the grade so we did it again." Unbelievable! The original grade would have worked fine, he made it better.

This experience went well. My crawl space is now dry. I don t remember the man s name that came out and quoted and oversaw the job, but he was very nice, pleasant and polite. I enjoyed working with him. The overall quality of the work was pretty good. I would use this company again.
