    Brakes were replaced, with complete resolution of the issue. Cost was well below the dealer's quoted cost - by at least 40%. Excellent service - great communications throughout the process - and even received a ride home after initially dropping off my car. They have my trust as a valued car service company - will definitely use again.

    I don't even remember, but it was an average price for what I expected to pay. They're close by me. Location is probably the core reason why I use them, to be honest with you. I mean everything maps out the way I expect it to, I mean I'm not pushed off trying to find somebody else.

    The reason I only gave a "C" for overall and quality was due to them not placing my intermitten windshield wiper sensor back correctly. They used too much glue on membrane and piece was cracked. All this was done without my knowledge until some time much later, due to lack of being out in the rain for use of windshield wipers. The part alone is $480 and I don't even want to ask how much labor will be.... I did not know if I would hire again so I have them the benefit of the doubt. I'm not sure of actual date of replacement....

    I had bought my car from another company. I kept getting specials from them them with a coupon for an oil change. I had already checked at Vann York and I thought they were a little high. So I took my ipad to Vann York and showed it to them. They did the oil change for the same price that was on the special from the other company. I've used them several times and it's always been no problems. It's good service They will drive me home if it is going to take a good little while. They take me home and pick me up. Quality is excellent.

    What I did, I had bought my car from another Honda place. So anyway, they kept giving me specials, specials and sending me emails, and it was for an oil change. I had already inquired up here at Vann York and they gave me a price and I thought that sounds a little high, and I had gotten an email from the other Honda place. Well, I took my I-pad right up there to Vann York, I showed it to them. I said, ?Okay?, and that?s what they did. They charged me what the other Honda place was going to charge me. I really would give them the highest rating. I have used them several times and it has always been no problem, just great service. The thing is, they will drive me home if it?s going to take a good little while and they will come back and pick me up. As far as their pricing, I don?t know really, unless I compared it to the other Honda place. I just don?t have any idea what to rate it.

    I went to a different shop last year and they told me there were a bunch of problems wrong with the car. Luckily I was told not to go to him and recommended to go to High Point Tire. The last time I was there they repaired my car when the check engine light came on, the last time they came on I paid upwards of $600 to have it repaired, when I went to High Point and their price was a fraction of the cost. Afterwards the light never came back on again. I have gone to them for many repairs and I am always satisfied. They will also email you reminders for check ups and maintenance. I would highly recommend!

    They're really good. They can anticipate what's going to happen. They specialize in Honda's so they really know their deal. One time when they went back in to do something, they realized they had been in the interior of the engine, and they realized the only way something that could have happened was because they did it from the last time brought it in. They're honest, very great, lots of integrity. They're top, they're all stars. There's nothing I can find to complain about them.

    Purchased car at Parks Chevrolet for business use.  Purchase process went very well, no dickering and I was given a very good price after trade.  I was told that there would be free oil changes as long as I owned the car - to go with the lifetime engine warranty.
    My first service appointment went much longer than I was told and I had to leave for an appointment without all work being done.However, to make up for it, they came and got the car, leaving a loaner while they completed the work. I was impressed.
     My most recent oil change came with a surprise - I was charged.  I shared that I was told I would have complimentary oil changes as long as I owned the car.  Service rep sia "nope, that's only for the first few (named a number or mileage - don't recall exact words).
      I trade cars every two years and will be buying at least seven more before retirement.  I thought I had found a dealer to stay with but will not purchase from them again given the broken promise regarding the oil changes.In my opinion, nothing should ever be promised that a business does not plan to honor.
       If you are just looking to purchase a car, I think you should give them a chance to make a good deal for you - as I shared, the purchase process was great!.  If you are looking for a relationship where they honor what was promised, you may want to check reliability ratings of other dealers.

    After taking my husband's 2003 Sante Fe' to two other repair shops, with no success, we found Foster's Automotive on Angie's List.
    Mr. Foster evaluated the problem, and fixed  it on the first try.  We will definitely use Foster's Automotive for all of our family 's auto repair needs in the future.

    .This was honestly the best experience I have ever had at an automotive repair center.  Everyone there is so kind and courteous. Even the customers were nice folks and they all talked like they had been coming there for years.  They looked over my car and told me what it needed and gave me the option of what I wanted to have done. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I got here and I will definitely be making this my permanent car care home.
