Three weeks after our initial call to Smart Repairs (Monty Shelton), Greg Smith came out to give us an estimate. At that time, he took up several tiles on the screened porch floor (exposing it to rain/moisture coming thru the door/screen. He told us he would e-mail an estimate within 5 -6 days. We have never gotten an estimate. The flooring which was underneath the tile he removed is still exposed...
