"I have been going to him for eight years. He takes time to listen to what your symptoms are and what you are experiencing. He minimizes medications but uses it when" necessary. He believes strongly in letting the body heal itself and councils in that direction. He is a great diagnostician.

-Allen F.

"He is the best. The office is run very smoothly and everyone is very friendly. They are very helpful and will go out of their way. I went in there and could barely" walk. They are punctual and he is effective and knows what he is doing. He is an excellent doctor.

Infectious Disease Treatment reviews in Hendersonville

He is very good at his job. He found things like my double pneumonia. I have been to 3 or 4 doctors but they didn't find that. I had shingles and some kind of infection in my jaw and he found all that, and made me okay after 6 weeks in the hospital. He is very good at what he does. He is very thorough and he knows what he is doing. He is very good for that kind of doctor. If I ever get anything that the doctor doesn't know how to treat, I will go to him. I have never been to his office. He came to the hospital to see me everyday, sometimes twice a day. He was very punctual.

My internist had recommended me to Dr.
Hendersonville Infectious Disease Doctors Provider Name Locked
. He was able to see me the same day and they got me in immediately. He treated me right away and followed up with me to ensure that the infection was completely gone. Their office was one of the most amazing and efficient that I have ever been to. Dr.
Hendersonville Infectious Disease Doctors Provider Name Locked
is extremely professional and spot on in his diagnosis.

Overall excellent experiences with prompt appointments, good followup and explanations with clear plans for the future. Billing system is good but could be more prompt. Doctors and staff are very friendly and very competent.

Dr. Arakere is THE best ID doctor you could hope to find. She is kind and sensitive. She spends plenty of time with you, explaining everything that is going on with the patient (my son), the tests needed, the results, possible treatments and allows you to have imput on what treatment will work best for the family, all along having the final word, of course.
My son has had an ongoing infection for many months, and at first she tried conservative treatment, then when the infection returned, she treated him aggressively, with IV antibiotics at home. Her office staff is thorough, everything was coordinated with home health and Dr. Arakere was available at all times if we needed her. When my son was hospitalized during treatment for surgery that was not because of this illness, she still came by and talked to us.
He is currently being treated with oral antibiotics for six months and is doing well, and it is all due to her care and her wonderful skills as an ID specialist. We are so happy our general surgeon sent us to her, she was the best thing to come out of this episode.

The nurse and the PA KariI had several international trips planned to Europe and
Hendersonville Infectious Disease Doctors Provider Name Locked
. These were my first overseas trips and I did not know what vaccines I needed. I called and was able to schedule an appointment withing a week or two. This was fine as my trips were two months away.
I met with the PA
Hendersonville Infectious Disease Doctors Provider Name Locked
Schoenwald and discussed the countries I planned on visiting. We reviewed my vaccine history and what was missing for the countries I was visiting. She was very good about telling me which ones I needed and discussing why I might or might not need others. I felt very good about her bedside manner and how she listed to my situation and gave me what I needed, without wasting money and my arm on shots that were not appropriate for me. The follow-up appointments for the booster shots were made during that appointment and were very quick and easy with the RN. I feel lucky that they are in

is a knowledgeable
Hendersonville Infectious Disease Doctors Provider Name Locked
who has been my primary physician for several years. She is always available when I need a physician. When I needed a serious surgery for cancer, though she was not directly involved in this, she was available to answer questions and was very concerned for me. Her staff is friendly and helpful.

I didn’t want to go to an infectious disease guy. It's not like I have small pox or anything. I've had an infection in my leg and have had to have intravenous antibiotics. He was good at managing it. He's a locum. He's the man to go to if you have infection problems that are difficult to deal with.
- Judith S.

He is a great doctor for seniors. He takes time; he makes me wait for an hour or two but he is very patient with old people, with my mom. He even does volunteer work in
Hendersonville Infectious Disease Doctors Provider Name Locked
. He has done extra four years of studies on diseases that is not around from this country. He is a very intelligent doctor and he talks to my mom with patience. He is wonderful with old people. He is the best doctor for chronic pain patients. For seniors that have osteoporosis, he is very thorough. He talks to me, he is like a counselor, and he listens to me. He makes sure their iron levels and B12 levels are good. He makes me get her once a month to have the urinary tract infections checked because it gets into the blood stream. Especially with old people, he makes them come back once a month to do lab work and to make sure their kidneys are clear. He is good. If people are old, doctors try to get them in and out very fast but Dr
Hendersonville Infectious Disease Doctors Provider Name Locked
is not like that. One might have to wait a little bit longer in his office but he spends time to listen.
