Great, He showed up within 30 minutes (he lives at least 20 minutes away), and had the sillcock replaced and water back on to the house in another 30 minutes. Very reasonable pricing for a emergency call.

Drain Pros showed up on time when I  was ready for them they worked hard installing new waste and water lines, and all new fixtures.  Very polite and courtesy I will def use them for future projects and refer to others.

    Bennett Plumbing Service, Inc.
Outstanding service! Professional, Knowledgeable, Value Added! Mr. Bennett contacted me immediately to provide information on water heater. Before I could tell him the make and model he recommended the same make of water heater. Had me send a photo of the existing water heater with height information. Turn key operation, showed up with the items he needed to get the job done! Did the job, removed the old water heater, cleaned up everything, left me all the paperwork for registering the new water heater, explained its operation. I will be using Mr. Bennett in the future for other plumbing work. He did a great job!

It went great. The fellas showed up, on Labor Day, on time. They assessed all the work and then left to get material. They came back when they said they would and went right to work. They were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of home repair.

Their work was impeccable. They cleaned up  behind themselves, and I learned so much from the two of them. No question was insignificant to them.

They did the job as required. They were not as professional as I hoped, but the actual work was done well.. He didn't seem too pleased when I asked to keep the toilet seat which I needed for another toilet. He brought the toilet seat into the kitchen and placed it on the counter which we use to prepare food. I wasn't pleased to say the least, but did not say anything Otherwise, the work was completed at a reasonable price.

He had a good price and that is why we always called him. He is a great guy. He is an older man, I guess he has been doing this for a long time. We found out about him because he worked for another company and he used to come out working for them and he was just great. Now he works independently.

    Novus Construction LLC
Their crew started off with a very competitive and honest quote and started repairs after a week of me hiring them. The bathroom repairs took nine days from start to finish. The owner of the company has consistently stayed involved and on site to make sure that the job was done right and to our expectations.

The entire crew, from the construction team to the tile guys to the plumbers, were all so professional and courteous, something that was very important to me, as I was home with my children alone. I always felt comfortable with them and they all worked to make sure that our bathroom was repaired in the most efficient manner.

Our bathroom had water damage that was repaired from the sub-floor up and included tearing out the old drywall and all of the flooring and existing tub to replace all. The bathroom looks great and if there was anything that came up, concerns of myself or my husband, they immediately addressed them. We are very pleased with their company and we will use them again in the future. We highly recommend Bornman construction.

Called late on Friday and was told that truck might arrive later that day, but probably Monday first call.  Cost would be $180 "if there were no difficulties".  Truck did not arrive Friday, but business called at 8:00am Monday to inform me that the truck was on it's way.  Driver and truck arrived about 8:45.  Driver was courtious and informative.  Some difficulty locating tank (about 30 minutes).  Small amount of digging required in sodded grass.  Driver took the time to explain workings of my pump-fed as compared to the typical gravity-fed system.  Upon completion, driver replaced sod and left area in perfect condition.  Without close inspection, one would not know work had been done.  Final bill was exactly as quoted.

Water was leaking onto a bathoom floor. Two plumbers came, took one look at a cracked shower pan (with an amateur but effective patch), and announced that this was the problem. I said that I was planning to replace the shower with a tub as soon as possible. They left after less than10 minutes (and $90.00). My wife looked around the bathroom and saw that the toilet tank was leaking steadily at the back. Clayton phoned in an offer to put in a new shower pan for $900.00. I replaced the toilet.

He walked off and left us with his employees to do the work. They took the grommet off in the tub and created a mildew problem. They didn't really know what they were doing. He should have stayed to instruct them or oversee the work. As soon as I got another plumber in here he could see right away what was wrong. We called the insurance company, but it ended up costing us around a thousand dollars. Don't go to him, I do not recommend him.
