  Terrifying! The female shop owner told me that it wasn’t covered under warranty, as I hadn’t grounded my portable unit, and told me I would have to pay $60 cash to have it looked at. I contacted Generac about this, and was told that was not only incorrect, but externally grounding it could cause electrocution, and to take it elsewhere. When I returned to pick up my unit, the owner became verbally abusive, and told me to get out of her store (sadly the language was much more explicit). As I was attempting to get in my vehicle, she came outside and tried to physically attack me! Thankfully, her adult son ran out and stood in front of her so that I could get into my vehicle and leave. Terrifying experience, especially with our 4 children in the car.

  Extremely fast response time! Repair was done very quickly but with great care and professionalism! Price of repair was great -very fair and reasonable.   Robert was very prompt and professional in replacing the engine.  He pick up the mower the same day that I called. The next day, he called me about the mower.  He shopped around and got me a good price on a new engine. He keep me informed of the repair and the cost of everything.  He replaced the engine and had the riding mower back to me in 3 days.  The mower runs great.  Highly recommend him
