AEnergySmith Home PerformancePurchased a 1978 ranch house the attic was filled with very depleted and soiled mix of insulation materials and rodent debris. Mike, Regina, Brian, Tim and Scott - the whole NC EnergeySmith Team - arrived and were prepared to make a change. Mike made runs to the landfill keeping things running smoothly. Regina took care of keeping the insulation debris team nourished, healthy and safe. Brian, Scott and Tim stayed true to the mission. Sadly part of my attic has only enough room for one to belly crawl through. I know, I ran wires up through there and I only weigh 125 lbs: it was tough for me . Yet, Brian made his way through and didn’t let the confining space stop him from ensuring that area was cared for. Three days later my attic was truly transformed. The attic is clean, sealed, lights fixtures appropriately covered, walk boards secured, fluffy white insulation blown in and my exterior property left immaculate. The kind, professional, traits and actions of this Team brought forth a huge peace of mind. There are no words to express the true gratitude felt.- C R.

AAll About Energy SolutionsThere was confusion of pricing -- when he gave quote he said (i'll do this at no charge) but didn't write it on quote - later when we paid he charged us for it. The guys were ALL personable and respectful. The work itself was excellent. Once the bulk of the work was done we had problems getting them back for the small finishing touches. APaul Davis Restoration of the Carolina CoastThey are a huge company and subcontract people out, but they were really on top of everything. I was very impressed. They were thorough and efficient, and they went above and beyond with the materials that were required. AEastern InsulationIt was a little confusing at first because the A/C and Heat system had to be installed BEFORE insulation causing us to have to reschedule the service. They were very up front about why due to the new insulation could be damaged while the new unit was being installed.- Woody S.

ACrawl Space SpecialistsThey were courteous and on time. They did the work they said they were going to do. They came when they said they would come. They went above and beyond what they said they were going to do. Overall they did an excellent job. I had hired another company and they didn't do what they were supposed to do so Crawl Space Specialists had to come in and fix their mess. AEastern InsulationThe sales person who came to give me an estimate was willing to negotiate the price. He was pleasant and professional and said he would take it to the office for approval for the price and schedule the job for Monday or Tuesday, he would call me back that afternoon with times. This was all on a Friday. By 3:30pm I hadn't heard from him so called his cell. No answer. I called the office and he had left for the day and not left the paperwork so it couldn't be scheduled. I ask to be on the schedule for Monday or Tuesday. I was told there is no way to do it by then, maybe Thursday. I called the salesman's number and left another message to call me. He called that evening and had turned in the paper work in with the approved price and they would be coming to do the job a week from Monday. They showed up as scheduled, but didn't know what they were to do. I got my contract out and gave them a copy then called the office to let them know they couldn't find the house and didn't know what they were to do. . Now those two men who came to do the job worked tirelessly, they did what they were supposed to, and did it well. I can actually see all the extra room under my house. Everything was cleaned out and a fine mesh holds all the insulation up tight. It is amazing. They were here from 8am to 3:45pm and did such a good job. I appreciated those 2 workmen very much. They were respectful and friendly, and very good and hard workers.- Marion C.

AAtlantic Coastal EnterprisesIt went very well. I am a returning customer. I had my roof done in Feb. of 2015 and was very satisfied. When I had a car hit my house, I knew immediately who I wanted to fix it. As in the past, the crew was very professional and hardworking. Brian and Sarah are the best. They followed up on the work-site to make sure everything is progressing as expected. Brian was very good about explaining all the details of the project before beginning to ensure I understood what they were able to fix with the funds available. Sarah immediately returned my text when I told her what happened and her and Brian came over within an hour and they were on their way to their son's game. Can't say enough positive things about Atlantic Coastal. I still have work that I need to get done on my house, and when I get the funds to do it:), I know who I will be calling. AWork has been scheduled for early in 2019, but they could not have been more helpful and professional in explaining our options, how our home would get the most out of the panels, and how much we are likely to save. They were explicit about costs and available rebates. We were instructed to apply for a rebate from our local energy supplier and they literally walked us through the time specific rebate procedure. We made some minor changes to their standard contract and they accepted those changes without question. I can only assume their work will be up to these standards when we do the actual installation.

AThis company really came through for me when I was in a pinch. The 15 year-old electric Ruud water heater in my garage was leaking and needed changing out. I did some online research and decided on the exact replacement model (a 40gal Rheem). The problem was I couldn’t find any installer who could meet my tight schedule. At that time, I was taking care of my elderly parents at their home during the daytime so my schedule was not very flexible. After unsuccessfully trying to schedule the installation through one of the big home maintenance stores, I found Drain Pro’s on Angie’s List and contacted them. I told them the info for the new heater and we agreed on an install time (9:30AM on 2/12/2015). On the agreed to date/time, they showed up exactly on time with the new water heater. After removing the old heater, they installed the new heater along with a new “expansion tank” (see picture). Within 2 hours after their arrival everything was installed and working. I am extremely satisfied with the installation and would recommend them to anyone needing an electric water heater installed. I give them the highest ratings for everything (price, punctuality, etc.).

FWe have been working with Baker Roofing company through our HOA. We had initially been told by a different company we needed a complete replacement, but were told by Baker they could repair the damage without a complete replacement. We had a continued issue with leaks affecting our breaker box two weeks after Baker Roofing completed their repairs and assured us that our roof was in good shape. They continue to insist that they did good work and not at fault for any of the issues we are having. We had a third opinion from a private contractor who gave us the following picture and evaluation.
