AKPS ContractingPeter and KPS Contracting are great. We had them clean up and spruce up our landscaping as well as remove trees and overgrown shrubs. They also installed a french drain to fix a drainage problem. They power washed the house and deck, installed a beautiful privacy fence and replaced the front porch railing. All work was done on time and on budget. I will use Peter and KPS contracting for all future projects or repairs.- john j.

DSeegars Fence Company Inconly a year after installation many of the sheet metal screws have popped out and sections are separated after referring the company install a gate that was tied to my fence without my permission or compensation. AWorking with Chris Holland at Rodas Construction has been an absolute joyful experience. They are doing a 4 part job for me at my house. Refoofing, landscape retaining walks, concrete drive and two wood decks. The roofing is com complete and Chris and his crew did an excellent job!!! As an architect I'm pretty selective on who I choose to do my own work. I see contractors every day. Rodas meet their agreed to schedule, did the work professionally and clean up was amazing!!!! AI called Eric and even though I knew they were extremely busy (two days before a hurricane) and I could hear the phones ringing in the background, but he took the time to educate me on the best method for installation, addressed my concerns for safety, explained how they’d do the installation and took the time to teach me the correct process for shutting off the main circuit breaker, running the generator, turning on the CB that they’d install for the generator and then how to decide which CB’s I’d be able to use with my generator. I already had a predisposition that I couldn’t trust hiring people, but as I was on the phone with Eric, I felt like I was speaking to a family member. The electrician he sent out, didn’t disappoint at all. He arrived on time, confirmed that he understood what I wanted, explained what he would do to make it happen, and he took the time to teach me what he was doing. After he did the installation, he let me fire up my generator and he stayed to make sure I knew how to run the generator, switch the CB’s and even showed me what the generator would sound like if it were overwhelmed and how to reset the generator if it’s internal CB tripped. As busy as they were, the day before a hurricane, I felt like I was their only customer. They treated me like family. Not trying to solely seek profit, but honestly making sure my wife and I were prepared for the hurricane and safe. I cannot recommend them enough. I will definitely be using them again.

The work was done quickly, the price was reasonable, and the fence has held up well to all kinds of weather. It is by far the best fence we have ever had, and I feel better knowing that when the dogs go outside, they are safe and secure.
