AAdvanced Air SolutionsJeff and Lee came to complete an assessment and there was a lot of water under the house. They suggested that it may be from rain runoff but, that most of it was probably from old cast iron discharge pipes that were used when the house was built in 1970. They sent a guy to the house to place a portable sump pump in the crawl space to discharge the water. I called a plumber to look at the pipes and sure enough there were several discharge pipes that were cracked and leaking into the crawlspace. The entire system of cast iron pipes was replaced with schedule 40 PVC to solve the problem. I then contacted Jeff to let him know that the pipes had been replaced and that it was much drier in the crawlspace. He and Lee came and went into the crawlspace to assess the damage. There was evidence of broken and dry rotted joists and beams. They took the time to answer all of my questions and submitted via email an estimate to repair and replace the joists and beams that were holding up the house. A couple of weeks later I was on the schedule and Rodney and James came to begin the process. Pads of concrete were poured under the house and blocks were set on the pads to hold the beams and joists. Rodney and James are just the nicest guys you ever want to meet; as are Jeff and Lee. Rodney answered all of my questions and always let me know what time they would arrive on the subsequent days. The house had to be jacked up more than an inch in the areas that had broken joists. I thought this would be a major ordeal with lots of equipment and that I would have to vacate the house while all of the work was being done. To the contrary the experience was not what I had anticipated and was no inconvenience at all. I have two dogs and a cat who were not bothered at all by the guys working under the house. In addition, my neighbors dogs only barked at them about 5 minutes on the first day. Even the animals knew they were good guys. In all the experience was as pleasant as it can be when your house is basically caving in and needs to be rescued. It was a mess and the guys from Advanced Air Solutions saved my house and fixed the structural issues. I now have a solid foundation to work with thanks to Rodney, James, Jeff, and Lee- Jill T.

AI contacted the company and they were easy to schedule with, they provided a competitive quote. They charged a fee to come out and do an inspection but they provided me with a written / emailed estimate along with pictures from under the home and a written report of the crawlspace inspection.

AThe man was very professional and arrived right on time, a little early actually which was nice! He wore a mask and was careful not to touch things that were ours. He didn’t seem sick but he was still careful. I was waiting for a week or so to do my review of the actual bug problem. We have seen way way less (almost none) since he came. He even gave tips on what we can do to further prevent bugs. 100% would use again and recommend.

FDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DON’T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRENTY. They didn’t tell us about all the rotted wood in the floors and on the walls and installed the waterproofing anyway. After the floors and walls started showing rot, we requested multiple times they come out and see the problem. They ignored us. We filed with the BBB- no response for about 6 weeks. The president of the company finally called and said they would not look into the problem. Now in arbitration with them. DO NOT USE THEM.
