    Steves Solutions
Steve and his crew were beyond professional, polite, punctual, neat, and displayed nothing but the highest level of true craftsmanship! Steve even accompanied me shopping at Lowes to provide expert guidance on bathroom remodel selections and items. I highly recommend!

Vince Curcio - The Bizzzy Bee
Vince and his crew produced excellent results with the interior painting they completed. He worked with me to coordinate their schedule with another job that was being performed at my home. He accommodated me when i requested some add-ons to the original agreement. He also sent a carpenter when we found that we had a sloping floor issue. I am very pleased with their work and would hire them again.

    Painting & Moore
The initial painting crew was not very good. It became more and more obvious as time went on we noticed a lot of issues; deep colors are challenging and can show mistakes such as brush strokes and poor coverage very easily. The first crew damaged a standing jewel chest and left it to look like it as undamaged. As soon as we moved it, it was obvious they had broken the legs on it. There were so many issues that I felt compelled to rate Painting and Moore as an F. When the rating posted they immediately contacted me and wanted to know what were the issues I had seen. They sent their sales manager out and we walked through the house so he could see first hand the amateurish job that crew had done. I've painted several houses myself and have used flat, eggshell and semi gloss paint in deep vibrant colors. I never left areas of obvious brush strokes and uneven coverage when I painted. So I was really upset that a professional painting company would do such a poor job. Painting and Moore sent a new painter out to the house within a couple of days of looking at the poor job that was done. The new painter took his time and corrected the bad job that was done previously. Painting and Moore painted guest bathroom at no charge and did a very good, professional job. I have changed my rating to an A because Painting and Moore stood behind their guarantee and made things right. Good to see in a buyer beware world a company that stands behind their word.

    House So Clean
What we wanted done was more then he was capable of doing. It just didn't work out. He wanted me to do a lot of self service stuff that a painting company or contractor would do. I just didn't feel is was the right fit for me. He kept coming up with reasons he couldn't come do small things like measuring the house.

    Innovation Pros LLC
We worked with Innovation Pros to have them help paint the interior of our house. Adrian and his team did an excellent job. Adrian worked with us in choosing the right style for the house and was very considerate of our time. The job was done quickly, professional, and at an extremely reasonable rate

Vince Curcio - The Bizzzy Bee
We are a repeat customer of Bizzzy Bee. Another great experience. The repairman called prior to arriving to make certain we were ready for the visit. He arrived on time. The repairman scored two big points this visit. He recommended a better solution than we envisioned for the repair. His craftsmanship was excellent. We recommend the Bizzzy Bee for any job around your home.

    BC Drywall & Paint
This contractor left a job unfinished, will not return our keys ( we now have to pay to change locks) damaged furniture and floors, insulted our family, repeatedly changed quotes, refused to have a crew on the job, and showed up late and left early. Details below. Shannon contacted us by phone and seemed very eager to do the job. He quoted us 1.25 to 1.75 a square foot we gave him the exact square footage of the house and highlighted special features. We told him we would be looking to hire ceiling and paint separately. He told us if we hired his company for both he would give us a discount. When he came to look at the house his quote jumped to 2.25 a sq ft because he said it was a "big 2000 square feet in ceilings". This should have been our first warning. He asked for 50% upfront, and wrote down a 9 day turn around as well as his license on the contract. When he was supposed to begin after we had paid him 50% and he cleared the check he called demanding an additional $500. We told him we needed to stick to the contract and at that point we had no way of recovering our money. He then refused to show on the first work day and came after 10 and left before 2 two days in a row, promising he would get the crew out to hurry the job along. We had hired a moving crew and had to reschedule twice as well as extend our stay in the hotel because he repeatedly showed up without his crew , and told us they had a job that paid better. When my husband complained he told him we should have hired another contractor. When we told him we wouldn't pay if he didn't fix the streaks and mistakes he brought a crew in for one half day. After we wouldn't give him more money he proceeded to work without covering walls, or furniture. We have small children and are now trying to scrub paint, and drywall out of furniture and clothes. We told him we had contracted with a moving crew 12 days from start date he said no problem they would be finished in 9. That day came and went. Our moving crew came in and instead of putting furniture where it went he redirected them to pile everything in the middle of the room, saying he and his crew would move it back. I am pregnant and can't move furniture right now, so this was a big issue for us. When Shannon bid for the contract to get us to sign right away he put in that he would replace lights and ceiling fans. In the middle of the job he said he wasn't painting around windows "in NC we don't do that", and wouldn't do ceiling fans but could do lights. While I was away at work he cornered my husband while he was trying to put our two year old down for a nap, my son has medical issues and was having an episode Shannon chose that moment to tell my husband he was leaving early for the day and was 90% done and would send someone tomorrow to finish. My husband dealing with my son initially refused but Shannon persisted and wouldn't leave. My husband paid him, he has not finished the job that is at least 25% undone. The furniture, vents, curtains, lights, debris from the job were all left on the floor. He has our keys. He refuses to return phone calls. He came to us through an Angie's list bid as highly recommended but recently we have found other complaints online on other sites similar to ours.

Cannot praise the arrival time, we had the sewage leakage before a party, they arrived in hrs, after we called and sanitized untill all damaged materials were removed and sanitized. The staff was courteous and they all did neat work, always called to tell us they were on the way with a time frame. The job was beautiful, from Sheetrock, trim to painting carpet.

    Queen City Painting Services, LLC
He and his family arrived on time, started to remove furniture out of the rooms to be painted. He asked for the color paint for each room and we discussed flat, gloss type finish. He suggested flat if there would be no children in the house. Flat is was! The professionalism that each member of his family showed was second to none. I could not stay at the house, but felt safe with them alone in the house. It was a two day job and I had to fly out of town on the second day. My son was here (18 years old) in and out of the house. After Queen City was done, they put the majority of furniture back with the exception of office items and bathroom items. My son said that it looks like a brand new home!

    Your House Remodeling LLC
They were prompt and got to work quickly. I purchased an angies list deal of $89 for painting one room. I added on a bathroom. They were very professional and careful with the items in the room. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome--even nearly a year later!
