    Roger came out and diagnosed the problem. He was back the next day with the parts needed and everythng is working like a charm. Mr. Russell's prices were very reasonable and I had confidence in his integrity and honesty. An excellent experience! Call this company!

    Quick Quality Fix
     However, after his diagnoses, we discussed that for a another $100.00 or so I could buy a brand new one.

    He was professional, fair price (Vet discount), called to let me know that he was stuck in traffic. I could not have asked for a better Repair Man. I will call him again when my dryer breaks down and will recommend him to family and friends.

    This went very well and the after replacing the relay switch, this refrigerator has been running very well for the past 6 months. The repair person showed up near the end of the evening and I was pleasantly surprised that he was willing to get the job done even at 5 or 6 in the evening.

    Jon was our serviceman (not John Michael) and he showed up on time, was professional, polite and was able to replace the parts quickly.  One of the parts that LG sent was cracked in shipping and this was not discovered until he opened the box at our house. He apologized for this and arranged to have another part shipped to us and arranged a time the next week so that he could come out and install that last piece.  It was just the plastic covering to the light bulb and my husband works from home, so I was no problem for us.  It also gave him a chance to make sure that the electrical board that he installed in the first visit was working as it should.

    We have cork flooring in our kitchen and I was worried about it being damaged when he moved the refrigerator but without me asking, he went out to his truck and came in with something to lay on the floors to protect them while he moved the fridge. I could not have been happier.  We live on the outskirts of Charlotte and they travelled to us and there was no service charge.  W

     had never heard of this company before...we were assigned them by the LG service number that we had called regarding the recall.  We will be sure to contact them again if/when we need another appliance repaired.  So happy with them.

    Very professional, immediate call-back, honest.  Would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and neighbors!  We received another estimate from a different company - their diagnosis was wrong and their prices ridiculously high.  123Appliance has the experience, friendly staff, quick access to required parts, etc.  We will only use this company should one of our kitchen appliances stop working again.

    I called on Friday after my washer wouldn't work after flashing a repair code. I called the authorized repair

    service Whirlpool recommended (which had a lower rating), but b/c they were backed up and it was coming up on

    Memorial Day weekend they made my appt. for the following Wednesday. I didn't want to wait that

    long so I joined Angie's List and called Carolina Appliance b/c of their high ratings and excellent


    I was shocked when I got an appt. for the next day (on Saturday, no less!) and the technician came out

    promptly and fixed my washer so I didn't have to wait another 4 days for the other company. He was very

    professional in his appearance and demeanor. I couldn't be happier (unless he would've stayed & done my

    laundry!) and I will definitely call on them again!

    The provider was able to schedule a time to come quickly, he was here early, but he called first to make sure it was ok to come before the scheduled time, he did the work and was very pleasant and professional, the quote he gave over the phone was accurate, he had the correct part with him and was able to make an immediate repair and the ice maker has worked perfectly since he fixed it. We will use this company again and have already recommended it to others.

    I was very pleased with the engagement.  I was afraid the job would be too small for this firm.  They promptly responded they wanted the job.  Bizzzy Bee scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me.  They confirmed the appointment the day prior.  
    David called to say he was on his way.  He arrived as expected.  David allowed me to show him what was needed and he covered what he could and could not do.  He clearly knew what he was doing.
    The work was done well and quickly.  David was professional the entire time.  Bizzzy Bee sent over additional help when the job was too big for one person.
    I will use this firm again.

    I was charged $155.00 upfront upon Tim doing the diagnostic to see what the issue was with the dishwasher in my rental property and I wasn't there during the diagnostic so he informed me that he wouldn't return to do the work unless I paid him first.  I contacted Tim in early June and the work didn't get finished until the 18th of July.  The overall communication with him was very bad, we would set up times for him to come and do the work and he wouldn't show up and wouldn't let us know that he wasn't going to be there and so we would be waiting for him to arrive and he was unresponsive and this happened multiple times.   Scheduling was a nightmare.  My tenant had to wait over a month to have a dishwasher because he kept changing the dates or would say that he would be there and never show up and wouldn't even call us to let us know.  I never received a receipt of my payment but he texted me the amount that he was going to charge.

    James came into the house and agreed that it appeared that the baking element was malfunctioning Replaced element no other issues with range. I rated punctuality good since he arrived 45 mins after the window period but that really did not create an issue for us. Price - not sure what others charge but price includes parts, labor and trip charge. Overall, James was very polite and made the repair very quickly and my wife is happy to have her oven working. Trip and labor charge warranty is better than other advertised repairers. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for appliance repairs. If he's running behind it's worth the wait nice guy!
