AOsborne Remodelingrichard and brad did a great job for us. they replaced water-damaged fascia board on the exterior, and re-hung a patio door that had been the source of water entering the house when it rained. they are courteous and honest, knowledgeable about the work they performed, didn't try to sell us what we didn't need, and charged a fair price. we will hire them again.- madeline c.

AMERCURE LLCThis project occurred over a 6 week period. As one problem was addressed others became apparent. This was not expected but not surprising either as we live a 80+ year old beach cottage. As problems arose, Keith presented us with options on how best to approach them. His work was professionally done, with a friendly and responsive crew. His costs were in line with other local contractors and his timing estimates were easier for us to work with. His work in replacing our water damaged pilings was especially noteworthy; rather than use treated wood, he built 6 concrete pillars and replaced the original adjoining cedar siding with cement-fiber boards.- Carl F.

Great job! They were very professional. Both building look terrific. Also cleaned up perfectly. The owner even brought his truck over and hauled away some stuff (tree limbs, old wooden fence posts, lattice, etc) that were not even part of the job just to help me out because I did not have a truck. I would most definitely hire this company again and will highly recommend it to my friends and anyone else who asks. You just don't find folks like this anymore!!! AThomas Trades LLCJosh and his team are some of the most professional as well as personable contractors my wife and I have had the pleasure of working with. The job began with an in-home meeting where Josh not only heard all that we had to say, he built on the ideas and came up with other ones in a way that wasn't forceful or overtaking of what we wanted. He just had great input and improvements to inject based on his past experiences, which was extremely helpful for us. They were able to start within three or four weeks of first meeting, which in my opinion is a reasonable amount of wait time for a larger job, and a good sign that they have plenty of other jobs going on. The bulk of the work took about two months to complete, with a few odds and ends being taken care of over several weeks after that. One of the most amazing aspects of working with Josh and his team, even more than ease of working with them and getting the result you want, is how even after the work was done and they were paid and months had passed, Josh promptly sent someone out on multiple occasions when we called him about any loose ends pertaining to the work that was done. No questions asked and free of additional charge. Thomas Trades also came in at a noticeably lower price point than some of the other highly rated general contractors in and around Wilmington, with no degradation in quality. I definitely recommend hiring them for almost any work you need done in and around your home. Note: We (somewhat specifically) had most of our rooms painted, much of the kitchen redone, a full closet system in the master bedroom, the hardwood floors refinished, the master bath completely gutted and reworked, and a lot of other smaller items taken care of such as custom doors, hardware installs, fixture installs, electrical work, plumbing work, coffered ceilings, wall repair, etc.- Christopher B.

It was a difficult job with unusual siding on the house that took quite a bit of attention to detail. AOur roof cleaners discovered a "soft" spot in our roof and some cracked shingles. We finally located the water leaking into the ONLY tiny attic space - SO we hadn't seen any leak in the home yet. Kevin from Mabry came out so quickly, did a full inspection and very realistic assessment of the whole roofing system. It was evident that this was a repair project (UNinsured) rather than roof replacement. Several people on up to Mr. Mabry got involved in determining a realistic estimate and process, while informing us clearly of the UNknowns that would/could come up in the process and how we would deal with them and how they MIGHT price them. They ended up having to do all of those next steps - including rebuilding the whole skylight. We could NOT be happier with the process and the results. Full professional complete job.. Looks fantastic , finished quickly and a fair final price without undue surprises. Will call Mabry first on any future work. Would/Will recommend to anyone.

AInitially impressed with reviews of Mr. Harts and his crew. They did not disappoint in any respect. Derek Harts did all of the measuring and addressed our concerns. Mr. Hart’s kept us updated on the progress of our bow window (built for our space). He called us when the window arrived, but the stormy weather was not cooperative. Checked in with us until the rain let up and then scheduled the removal of our old bow window and the installation of our beautiful new window! Mr. Harts and his crew were very prompt, patient with ALL of our questions, very knowledgeable/professional, all measurements were correct the first time, extremely heavy window. This time the big bow window was installed correctly with overhead cable supports and shield from top of window up to sealed soffit. I hosed it down with strongest stream from garden hose to simulate hurricane force, and not one drop of water was observed inside. There was some rot from where the old window had been leaking and they removed the siding from below the window and replaced the rotten wood and reinstalled the siding. The first thing we noticed was that we could stand in front of our bow window and not feel the heat from the sun that kept us from using this space! We would not hesitate to use them again, worth every penny!!!!

AWonderful, professional, quality service. I received several quotes and estimates for a whole home exterior painting job that included replacing several areas of wood rot and cedar siding repair. I ranked the companies based on the consultation alone, before looking at the estimates. Mr. Hernandez was thorough with the consultation - being very open and clear on the work he would recommend and how the work would be done. H&H was at the top of my list based on the consultation. So I was surprised when H&H was also an incredibly fair price for the work. The crew showed up every day they said they would and was always on time. They put in long hours each day and cleaned up each day. In the end, I am thrilled with the work H&H did - all around - quality of the job, price, communication, timeliness, professionalism. No more quotes for me - H&H has earned the first call for any of my future needs. Thank you!
