  • Rick replaced a part two years ago when my A/C went down. At that time he was sent by my Home Warranty Co. I no longer have a home warranty so when my A/C went down again, I called him. He was very busy (had 42 calls ahead of me,) but gave me the day he could come and offered the opportunity to make the appointment or go elsewhere if I wanted someone sooner. I chose to wait. For 4 days I sweated, but I knew Rick would do right by me. Rick called me the night before our appointment to confirm, and even called an hour before to make sure I was at home. He arrived promptly at our specified time. I can not tell you how much I appreciate his honesty, integrity, and professionalism. I love this guy!! I was so afraid he was going to give me the bad news that it was time for a new unit. Nope. After climbing in my crawlspace, it was an easy fix. I asked him his opinion on my unit and how much longer he thought it would hold out. He says units usually last about 10-12 years. Based on the looks of mine, I'm pretty sure it's the original one and my house is 21 years old. Based on what he told me, it sounds like my unit still has some life left. I will probably invest in a home warranty now. It's less expensive than vehicle insurance and a no-brainer. I feel like I didn't pay him enough for his service.

  • My home warranty found and dispatched this company. I was lucky as this company was quick to schedule and prompt when showing up. They gave me the pre-day warning call to confirm the time. Problems were diagnosed quickly and the technician was concerned as to why the breaker tripped. Perhaps other technicians would have just fixed the issue and been done. But this technician was diligent about discovering why. He was thorough and professional.

  • Our A/C was not working due to some part not functioning properly. We called Ocean Breeze and they came right out and diagnosed the problem. It required a $50 part and about :30 mins to diagnose and repair. They only charged us for the part, no service call charge. They were extremely professional and friendly.

  • I had an absolutely terrible experience. I felt like I was lied too. I needed a new air-conditioner, he said to put the Freon in it to last me about a month or so, so he did that, it lasted about a month then I got another guy out here to look at it and he said, no, the Freon wasn’t filled up, so he filled it up and I am still running six months later.

  • We'd give them excellent satisfactory marks. We've used them for the last seven years. They came with a proposal and we evaluated it and accepted it and they've followed up on the work that they did. There was no cost because we have an annual maintenance agreement with them. They're responsive, professional, competent and respectful. They always wear little shoe protectors in our floors. I've no reason to go away from them as a company. I'd give them an excellent rating all the way across.

  • Th HVAC Tech (Rich) was outstanding! He arrived ahead of schedule, called before arriving, was thorough, competent, and courteous. he explained everything the problem, made the necessary repairs and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Awesome service. Rick made me aware that they were running a service special which I was totally unaware of which saved us money. The cost of service was very reasonable. Great all around experience!

  • The day they showed up to complete the work it around 9am.  They were efficient in getting the old unit out and they were very carefully to not damage my lawn in the process.  The unit was installed and completed over a 7 hour window.  The unit was tested and they showed me how to use the new thermostat and explained to me that there would be a follow up a few weeks later with some information about my rebate...etc
    It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a local quality service company.  The attentiveness alone is aces in my book but the quality of the work was excellent as well.
