    We had a very pleasant & professional installation process. The area was left clean & we were given thorough/detailed post installation instructions. If given a choice to we would gladly have your company again. Brian was informative, respectful & kind. Nelson came to assist for a short time. Time will tell - but so far seems very nice.

    I've been using them for about 20 years. I admire his honesty, his candor, his communications and the competitive pricing as an independent auto repair shop. His pricing is better than the Honda dealership. By virtue of 20 years, the time we've spent with him and the life experiences I've had with him and the way he's dealt with me with the cars, it would be excellent all across the board for him.

    Dad's Tire Store
    Dad gave me the equivalent of a college course in tires as we talked while he balanced and mounted next to new tires on my son's car. He saved me hundreds of $$ over everyone else - even Walmart and Sam's. No hidden charges here like stem replacements, disposal fees, balancing charges. And when I told him what a dealer wanted for new wheel covers, he told me to check out Advance Auto. I did, and got wheel covers at $10 each as opposed to $87 each at the dealer!!

    One of the calipers froze on my truck causing it to not brake and smoke when driven. I called triple AAA and had them flatbed it to Fairway Ford. I called Fairway Ford 15 minutes before closing to let them know it was coming and to see when they could look at it. They scheduled me for the next available appointment a day later, diagnosed the problem and said even thought it happened only on one side they prefer to do both sides because the other side will likely fail shortly as well. (This is the answer I was looking for because it's the proper way to do it!) The gave me a fair estimate which came in a little cheaper than what I was quoted and ordered the parts. They could have told me I needed new rotors as well to make more $ but when I questioned Chris he said, nope they were in good shape and would just need machining, now that's honest! Installed tested all working great. Chris was in contact with me the entire time and it was a smooth transaction and quality work. There is another dealer that is much closer to me but I choose to drive the extra few miles to get this good service.

    I had to have an exhaust manifold replaced. A very labor intensive job. They gave me an estimate and actually came in under the estimate when it was complete. Other dealers quoted more and we're going to do less work(only replace Broken studs if needed) fairway said to do the job right they replace all, and that's the correct way of doing it! A few weeks later I inquired about tires. Their price was high, they asked what price I had received elswhere and would call me back. They matched a price I was given at another establishment. They are almost 50 minutes from me so not very convenient as other dealers are only 20 minutes, but based on the service and how I was treated I will drive the extra miles! :-)

    They were fast and completely fixed the problem. They also let me know this is a fairly common issue for Pilots, which made me feel a bit better. I have already taken our Accord back for routine service and will continue to use them instead of the local Honda dealership.

    They put the doors in UPSIDE DOWN.  When I asked them to come back and turn the correctly they told me they would charge me to come back.  The glasses have an etched logo that would normally be on the bottom of the glass.  They put the etched logo on the top left of each door.  Soon as you open my front doors you see 3 etched logos on my patio doors.  When I called and asked the son immediately knew what I was talking about and asked me if it really bothered me.  The Mother called me back to tell me it did not matter where the logo was.  The writing on the logo is upside down and the logo's stick out badly on the doors being at the top.  I would not use this company again.  The glass they replaced my doors with is substantially thinner than what was in the doors originally.  I asked for Argon Gas and they did not put it in and told me that it was not needed in this area.  I am NOT PLEASED with this company.  They were all about taking the order, They were a week later than they said in coming to install. They sent their son to measure the glass because the father was out of town.  A week later they send the father back to remeasure the glass.  The following week the son called and said the glass did not come in but the mother and father were on vacation and it would be the next week before they could get it. They were nice enough when on site, but I was really surprised at them putting the doors in upside down, and at them not putting the ARGON GAS in the doors like I asked.
    I thought the price was a little high, but since they were local I was willing to pay a little more.  Next time I will do more research about the company.  As you can see it is a family business.  This does not bother me, but the lack of professionalism in putting the doors in upside down and then wanting to charge me to correct the situation is NOT ACCEPABLE!

    From arrival to departure, you get the sense that you're in the right place and things are on the 'up & up.'  Whatever you're reason for going to QuikTech, you can rest assured your vehicle is in the right hands.  Accurate diagnostics THE FIRST TIME.  No double talk or 'experimenting' with replacing this and that, or worse: 'up charging' for items/service that's not needed.  Dan has your best interest in mind.  Again, truly a rare find in the industry.  Because of Dan and his staff, we have decided to keep our 2007 Toyota Tundra, 2007 Toyota Camry, and 2012 Toyota Camry for AT LEAST 500,000 miles (make that: forever!) knowing that Dan is right down the street and willing to keep these vehicles on-the-road.  He even went way 'above and beyond' by researching an issue I had with my Tundra to the point where HE called Toyota to see if the issue was 'known' and under warranty.  Sure enough, he found out that the issue (something to do with sensors) was either under recall or warranty (I can't remember) and sent me down to Toyota (armed with the information) who fixed the issue [at no charge, of course].  Dan could have 'found' the issue himself, 'fixed' the issue, and charged me upwards of $1,500+, but, being the person he is, did the honorable thing by sending me to Toyota 'armed with accurate, researched information.'  Side note:  Toyota wasn't exactly 'happy' I had this information.  I can't say enough about the outstanding service we REPEATEDLY get from QuikTech.  Again, HIGHLY recommended.

    You can go to Lafayette Ford without an appointment to get the oil changed. You're usually in and out pretty quick. However, they are constantly telling me I need new tires that I've already replaced with them before.

    They are a little expensive, but they choose the latest equipment. They do homes and cars. They are reliable. You get the latest and greatest. It seems they break down faster than things you bought back in the day! If it lasted longer, you would not get repeat business. We have a limited number of companies who do good work, so I will continue to use them.
