    Mr. Appliance of Jacksonville
He called when he was on the way. When he got here he checked everything in the dishwasher and determined that is was not just a clogged drain. It was a broken part. He ordered it while he was here, showed me the cost, and determined if he should proceed. We did and the part was in a few days later. The office kept me informed about when he would be back out and he was there on time. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

    Steve's Appliance Repair
They are really good. I have used them several times. We have used them so much that they have become a friend. If we have a problem, we call them and they come over. He has helped our daughter. Anything with Steve's punctuality, I would give an "A".

    Mr Appliance Jacksonville
The tech (Matthew) arrived a few minutes before the appointment time, diagnosed the issue, and came back the next day (after getting a replacement part) to finish the repair. He was professional, efficient, and made sure the refrigerator was cooling/working properly before leaving. He was also careful not to track in dirt from his shoes and not to let water from the refrigerator repair leak on the floors. I would definitely use their services again, but hope I don't need to!

Shawn was very responsive. He answered our call first thing on a Saturday morning. He had complete knowledge of the problem with the oven and was able to fix it within 15 minutes. He was great to work with, punctual and very professional. Would use him again and would recommend him to our neighbors.

    A & E Appliance Service
I have a contract with Sears home service...They sent a technician by the name of McDowell.  I opened call on 10-7-2013, First visit was on 10-15-13, McDowell ordered Supply board for dishwasher (no power).  On October 29th another tech came to install...part was incorrectly ordered. This tech ordered another PCB board. Tech came to install on 11-8-2013, still wrong part, but this tech "rewired"  the board and got the dishwasher to power on...but there was no Water or Drainage. Tech ordered drain hose, and another part with floats and 3 hoses.  On 11-15-2013 the tech "McDowell" showed up.  His first complaint was that he did not order wrong services told him wrong part numbers...then proceeded to complain about having to replace drain pipe and other pipes.  He pulled dishwasher out of cabinet and put on the parts...he removed the new hoses from the one part and attached the new part to old hoses.  I told him I preferred the new hoses...and he told me he did not have to put them on if he did not want to.  He turned on dishwasher and we heard water drain and some come in. He stopped the dishwasher and proceeded to slide it into cabinet.  It did not go back in place where it was so he put screws in at angle with dishwasher sticking out, when I asked him to put the dishwasher back properly like he found it he got mad and told me that next time I had a warranty call that I would have to remove the appliance from cabinets or walls and have it on a table accessible for him to work on.  He said he would not remove the dishwasher and get the trapped hoses from behind back in place unless I would sign a waver that said that if he damaged anything I would be responsible.  I refused to sign and he left.  He left the parts in middle of floor, the power panel of the dishwasher was exposed and only one screw was put in at an angle holding the unit in.  When I closed the dishwasher door the cycle he had started continued...shortly I had water running out from under the dishwasher all over the floor.  A&E does have some good technicians, but the one named "McDowell" will never be allowed in my house again.  I also had a call on a washing machine at the same time. The washing machine dances around when it spins.  McDowell informed me that since the washing machine was now on the second floor on ceramic tile that that was going to happen.  He proceeded to jump up and down on the floor and said see the dryer wiggles when I jump up and down.  The washing machine agitator does not move when there are clothes in it. the washing machine tub can be manually moved from side to side about 4" each way...this does not seem normal, however "McDowell" says it is normal...that if I buy a new machine it will work better probably, but there is nothing wrong with my old machine.  he finally did say the agitator would need replacing.  Again, the tech "McDowell" will not be allowed in my home again!!!  He was rude and incompetent.  He did not replace all covers and screw the dishwasher, he left extra screws on floor.  My husband and I pulled the dishwasher out to try to stop the leak (after A&E said it would be 11-22-2013) before they could return.  We found that the tech "McDowell" put the part in the dishwasher on an angle allowing for it to pour wate

    Mr. Appliance of Wilmington NC
They know their stuff. They have a quick turnaround.  They do everything possible to get your part to you as quickly as possible. They come out and install it. The price is reasonable. They come out to the home. They never have to call anyone else. If you have a large appliance that requires repair, this company should be the first on your list to call.

    Dr Fix-it Appliance Repair Co
It was good.  It was like an AAA fix for a refrigerator that was dying but they don't service my area any longer.  Episodically if business is good for them they'll start coming to my area because Epic Wilmington is closer for them but if business starts slaking then they'll go to the outline community.  The main guy that I know from the company is very knowledgeable but his co-workers or his other technicians aren't so knowledgeable.  When they come to fix a problem they do it to their limit and always call him on the cell phone and he walks them through the steps.  I think their pricing is reasonable.  They do very good with their punctuality and communication.  I will not use them in the future because I found somebody else that does a better job and who isn't episodic.

    Archer's TV And Appliance
I spoke with Harry Archer by phone. He took my model # and saide would call me back. When he did, he said that there was a repair kit available that fixes the problem I was havin and gave me an estimate of approximeately $125 for parts and labor. I took the TV to the shop on Market Street in Ogden Town Center on a Thursday afternoon and Harry had it ready Friday morning. The TV has been on 24/7 since gbringing it home and the actual bill was 59.80 for parts and $65.00 for labor.

When I called and left a message to see if he could come out to look at the appliances, I got a call right back - he hadn't even heard the message yet.  He arranged to be here the same day as I called.  However, when he called to say he was on his way over, I was out walking the dogs and missed his call.  I called back after I noticed his number on the caller ID and because it was late in the day, he agreed to come over the next morning and arrived promptly.
He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable.  Everything was fixed and the price was reasonable.  I would highly recommend and will definitely use again!
