They were able to utilize their long hoses so the truck was able to remain in the street while pumping so as not to make ruts in the front yard. AJim's Liquid Waste HaulingWe have actually used this company several times since then and been quite satisfied every time. The first service was when we were moving into our previously owned home and needed to have our septic inspected, then have some repairs done to the septic tank and also have the filters cleaned and tank emptied. Jim and his crew came out as promised, were prompt, courteous, tidy, and did the job completely and expeditiously. Their prices are also quite fair. (I am not exactly sure about the cost of the work, but just "ballparked" it. All I know is that they are really good at what they do, and charge fair prices. ) I recommend them without reservation.- Lori F.

FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

AFrom the outset, Anthony Chappelle was very professional, personable, and attentive to the both the customer and the demands of the project. Anthony's knowledge of concrete placement was exceptional as he walked me through the entire project, offering suggestions that were cost effective, and also served to embellish my original idea. I was given a start and finish time and Anthony stuck rigidly to that timeframe, Both Anthony and his staff were safety conscious, and concerned about the cleanliness of the property once the job was completed. I will certainly use Cee's Concrete, Masonry, Demolition & Remodeling, for future home improvement projects.

FIt didn't go! Bornman aka Novus construction was scheduled to reface a fireplace and replace firebox to larger one in addition to a few small handyman jobs. They asked for an $1100.00 down payment which I paid them by check. They did not do any of work. They have kept my down payment of $1100.00. I have tried to email and call him. I have contacted the Chamber of Commerce and they gave me different phone #'s. I have tried them all and they have been disconnected. I emailed his past office manager and she did not respond. I trusted Angie's list to give me a name of a reputable business. Instead I was given a contractor who gained my trust and then stole $1100.00 from me. I am a Retired Disabled American Veteran on a fixed income. Personally, I will never use Angie's list again. There are no guarantees that the business is reputable! I have no way to recoup my stolen money.
