AChoice Home WarrantyAs far as the repair work was done, it went well. What didn't go well was when I called in the claim, I told the woman that I thought I was having trouble with my washing machine but the was was located around my hot water heater. When the claim went in is said that I had a water heater leak and what I said was that I didn't know if it was my washing machine or my hot water heater. All the woman could say you might get charged if repairman looked at both the washing machine and heater. At this point I would need both repaired if that was the problem. As it turned out it was not my water heater but the washing machine hose that needed to be replaced. Thank you A to Z Appliances and water heater.- Barbara W.

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

AI had them service the heating portion primarily . It seemed to be working harder but nit putting out as much heat as it should . Aaron who has worked on our system did a great job . Since it was a service he checked the whole system , found a weak capacitor and a dead fuse which caused half of the heating elements to not function . Aaron is always polite , very professional and dies nit wast time . He had the capacitor on the truck and did the new Instalation and had to order the fuse for the heating elements . It was a job well done I would add that I am not comparing the cost of the item with other AC companies . The item needed to be replaced , I trust comfort air unless they give me reason not to trust them

DI called on a Saturday morning at 7:45 am. I must have woke the man up. He answered “hello”. I had to ask if this was Delcor, to which he replied “yes”. I explained my situation to him. He very aggravated begin to explain what he thought the the problem was. He rid me continuing in a harm tone the prices . I said ‘so over 400.00 ‘ to which he replied “ no it’s 600.00.” He did offer to to come. I was not pleased with the don’t bother me attitude and his harsh tone. I would not recommend this company. I’m very disappointed in the way it was handled so unprofessionally.

AFrom the outset, Anthony Chappelle was very professional, personable, and attentive to the both the customer and the demands of the project. Anthony's knowledge of concrete placement was exceptional as he walked me through the entire project, offering suggestions that were cost effective, and also served to embellish my original idea. I was given a start and finish time and Anthony stuck rigidly to that timeframe, Both Anthony and his staff were safety conscious, and concerned about the cleanliness of the property once the job was completed. I will certainly use Cee's Concrete, Masonry, Demolition & Remodeling, for future home improvement projects.
