AR & K Heating and CoolingI recently filed a claim with my home warranty company. The home warranty company couldn’t have been less helpful. The only good thing about this claim was that R&K Heating & Cooling was assigned the ticket. Robert, the owner, was extremely understanding of my frustration with my home warranty and worked with me to find the best solution in the most timely manner. The tech, Allen, who came out each time was extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend R&K and will begin using them for our yearly maintence check.- Sarah M.

AAdvance MechanicalCall Sunday morning and the weekend operator scheduled a technician to come by the house Sunday afternoon. The technician arrived around 1 pm. I described what was happening and he started to troubleshoot the issue. Kevin (the tech) continue to work on the unit over the next couple hours. He took his time to eliminate all variables to determine the root cause of the problem. Kevin explained clearly each step he was trying to ensure I know what may be issue. He located the issue, but he did not have the part on the truck. Kevin explained that the part was not needed during the warm summer days, so he was able to bypass the issue without causing any damage to the unit so my family could have cool air over the holidays. On the next workday, Kevin returned with the needed part and corrected the issue. Many thanks to Kevin and his strong work ethic to ensure the customer was happy and cool during the hot summer days. Personally for the Routine annual maintenance of a gas-pak & a heat pump in my residence, and for the replacement of a HVAC system in a rental home. As a Realtor I've been present for dozens of the inspections of HVAC units, of the properties being purchased by my clients, as well as a few installations. I've found the office personnel as well as the service technicians, to be personable and courteous. AI had them service the heating portion primarily . It seemed to be working harder but nit putting out as much heat as it should . Aaron who has worked on our system did a great job . Since it was a service he checked the whole system , found a weak capacitor and a dead fuse which caused half of the heating elements to not function . Aaron is always polite , very professional and dies nit wast time . He had the capacitor on the truck and did the new Instalation and had to order the fuse for the heating elements . It was a job well done I would add that I am not comparing the cost of the item with other AC companies . The item needed to be replaced , I trust comfort air unless they give me reason not to trust them

AGlenn had a technician out to diagnose the issue with our AC within an hour and a half of calling him. He was able to adjust his schedule to replace our unit the next day knowing we had a 9 month old baby. His crew was prompt, professionally, and genuinely cared about the job they were doing. Glenn also followed up the day after the install to ensure the system was cooling properly. We will use Glenn's for future HVAC jobs. His team is top notch.

DI called on a Saturday morning at 7:45 am. I must have woke the man up. He answered “hello”. I had to ask if this was Delcor, to which he replied “yes”. I explained my situation to him. He very aggravated begin to explain what he thought the the problem was. He rid me continuing in a harm tone the prices . I said ‘so over 400.00 ‘ to which he replied “ no it’s 600.00.” He did offer to to come. I was not pleased with the don’t bother me attitude and his harsh tone. I would not recommend this company. I’m very disappointed in the way it was handled so unprofessionally.
