ASteven Drywall & Home RepairI had a large archway in my open concept living room and kitchen area that has needed yearly touch ups for cracking in 2 specific places. Eddie and Vincent found the actual problem of a long strip of paper backing being left on the drywall seams and also nailed down the arch mounts that were originally only glued and applied a special tape over the mounts that would allow mud/plaster to adhere! I am not knowledgeable about these types of things, but they showed me everything and explained what the problem was and what they were doing to prevent future problems! The end result of all their work looks better than the original builders! They also repaired a curved edge arched doorway and a wall, to perfection! They showed respect to me and my home and removed shoes before entering and covered every piece of furniture and surface before working! They cleaned up everything spotless after! I highly recommend this company and will use them again! I found them by reading their great reviews and all the reviews are accurate!- ALISHA K.

ASUN DOG CONSTRUCTIONLawrence Freese headed up our project with Sun Dog, and from the beginning, my husband and I found him extremely knowledgeable and informative. He never wasted our time, arriving promptly, delivering information in an efficient, concise manner, but always welcoming questions and answering them to our satisfaction. Juggling the numerous workers required for our varied jobs almost seamlessly, Lawrence coordinated the work in such a way to inconvenience us as little as possible. He provided workers with excellent skills who without exception were extremely conscientious about their work. Truly, these folks were craftsmen. And, they were personable, honest, and pleasant. When, over the course of about a month an occasional snag occurred. Lawrence responded immediately with a more than satisfactory solution. We would - and have - recommended Lawrence to friends, and we would - and have - engaged Lawrence and Sun Dog for future home improvement jobs! (I answered NA for price, because we'd had two other contractors come by to calculate estimates, but after a considerable wait, they either hadn't come by or had come, but hadn't gotten back to us with the info. We went with Lawrence because he was there with the info on the spot, so we cannot compare his prices to those of others.)- MAGGIE O.

He is timely, did what he said he would do, and went above and beyond in fixing some of the errors that his crew did (some paint splashed on the wall and his crew came and got it fixed quickly). They finished a little ahead of schedule, so that tells you how prompt and reliable he is. Price is a little higher, but you pay for the professionalism, reliability, and overall work result. AJH Home ImprovementAbsolutely no complaints here. The guys showed up every day and cleaned up at the end of the day. All the old material was hauled away. These guys do excellent work and follow through with commitments. We are remodeling our townhouse. I found a couple of other projects I needed done while they were on site. I'm having JH repair a rotted window sill on the second floor and replace the French door in the dining area due to rot next week. I highly recommend them.- Mike D.

AWorking with Chris Holland at Rodas Construction has been an absolute joyful experience. They are doing a 4 part job for me at my house. Refoofing, landscape retaining walks, concrete drive and two wood decks. The roofing is com complete and Chris and his crew did an excellent job!!! As an architect I'm pretty selective on who I choose to do my own work. I see contractors every day. Rodas meet their agreed to schedule, did the work professionally and clean up was amazing!!!! Chris is a true gentleman abd has my respect as we continue to work.

AAfter having a very bad experience with a contractor & interviewing Jason Hamlet I was confident I picked the right guy. Everything went Extremely well, Jason was very knowledgeable, creative, he’s very neat, timely. He revamped the finished side of my basement added entertainment wall for the TV, installed recess lighting, installed an extra vent for heating. He repainted the room, replaced baseboard.He created game room for my son, installed flooring lastly he framed/ closed off my utilities everything looks wonderful. I’m very pleased. We’ve started a fireplace TV wall I can’t wait to see the final project.
