  • It was and I know will continue to be a wonderful experience. Shay knows her work!
    I used to go to Hair Club until I got tired of making mortgage payments monthly for hair replacement along with simultaneously receiving bad service!!
    Shay charges for your product and then a truly reasonable fee for her services!
    I would have to say that Shay offers a better quality service at a much lower price than all these so-called professionals out here!
    People don't know she's there like she is but when they get to know her and her service, many are going to flock to her!
    When I got to the salon I was overwhelmed by the ambiance of the place, and admittingly a little skeptical to begin with but when she started on my head, I knew this was it.
    As being a 52 yr.old white male, I was somewhat reluctant to give Shay a try because of our different ethnic backgrounds but my curiosity has been deleted and nobody else can service me but her dispite her ethnicity!
    I've made her my Stylist for life, whether she likes it or not!!!

  • Howell Funeral Home owners and their employees are the greatest people. They took care of the arrangements for my little dog BoBo. He has been a part of my family for almost 14 years. They led me and my wife through the process of choosing an Urn for his remains and they were so caring and compassionate towards us. The person that was responsible for taking care of BoBo was so nice. He took care of his as if he were his own. When we were called the next morning to pick him up we expected his Urn to be in their office. When we arrived, they had him in a formal viewing room where a wake would be held. His remains were surrounded by a Red Rose and a beanie baby puppy and candles. Me and my wife were brought to tears by this caring gesture. It meant so very much to us. I cannot express my thanks to these people enough for how they handled BoBo's remains and how they understood our love for him. In the document package they even included a poem about dogs in heaven. My thanks again to the staff at Howell Funeral Home for being there for us.

  • When I first called and set an appointment, he said he thought he would be able to be there after 2pm. I was patient, but he didn't call until 5. He says that the career fair he was at took longer than he thought, and he was on his way to another job. He rescheduled for 6pm. 6 o'clock came and went and I didn't hear back from him. I called him at 7pm and said that I would have appreciated a phone call to say he couldn't make it. He called back and apologized. I gave him another chance. He came out and was there for a few hours. We had discussed updating to Windows 8.1, but I researched after he left and I decided that I would like to get Windows 7 instead. When I spoke with him about it, he told me that it was more expensive than Windows 8.1. I know that isn't true, as I've looked into this. He let me know he would call me back, but he never reached out again. I gave him many chances and he never came through. He doesn't do what he says he'll do.

  • My wife's favorite pair of shorts had a zipper malfunction.  Chong's Alterations reviewed what needed to be done, options for new zippers, background pattern/color.  The shorts were PERFECTLY repaired.  I definitely plan to use them again for future repairs and alterations. Prompt, value pricing, professional, quality work!!!

  • Sloppy work. ground down heel and glued new heel Wasn't happy with quality and called owner to get it fixed. He said to wear them for a while first to see how they work and if they will work. He said he would fix it later if still not happy with them. Died heel black when they were originally dark brown.

  • Pumped out septic tank. |C grade in quality is because their truck leaked oil in the driveway. |D grades are due to no show on scheduled day. Claimed truck was broken, but they didn't call and inform me. I lost half day of work waiting for them.

  • I was told that it'd be golden blonde, and I looked at the swatch. As the time weny by and it sat on my hair it got darker, and she said that was the way it's supposed to process.  It did turn dark. I'm not happy with it.

  • Wooten Garbage Collection Svc do very well. I like that I don't have to carry my trash can to the end of the drive way. They go in and pick the garbage from the yard. They are always on time and come once a week like they said they do.

  • I have been here twice already for a wax and both times it was so quick. the woman makes you feel very comfortable and talk to you the whole time so your not focusing on the pain. the second time i was actually going just for a pedi since they said they were booked for waxes for the day and that was my only day off. well while getting my pedi i said that is what i originally was trying to do and she said no worries she will do that right after my toes were done. since it was the second time it took only a few minutes!! i also have 2 coworkers who go here for hair services and they both also give rave reviews everytime!!!

  • All the work that Sharpe Designs has completed for us has been on time, within cost, and with total satisfaction. We were very happy with all that she did and will use her again whenever the need arises.
